The truth is too simple, that’s why everyone complicates it.

11 posts in this topic

The truth feels unbearable not because it’s complex, but because it asks nothing of us, no improvement, no escape, no better version, just the quiet recognition that what’s already here is enough. Simplicity feels threatening when you’re invested in becoming someone else.

So true,

And simultaneously there's nothing wrong with improving a situation either.......when it comes from a place where satisfaction is already the case, it's no longer a difficult internal struggle. The conditioned mind can be a strenuous task master! Go go go!

Freedom from the conditioned mind for the body is subconsciously what's longed for!

“Everything is honoured, but nothing matters.” — Eckhart Tolle.

"I have lived on the lip of insanity, wanting to know reasons, knocking on a door. It opens. I've been knocking from the inside." -- Rumi

Yes. Improvement itself isn’t the issue. The problem begins when improvement becomes a way of rejecting oneself. When satisfaction is already present, action can be playful rather than compulsive. That’s the difference between movement as expression and movement as escape.

@Monster Energy I agree but the issue is this requires deep consciousness and wisdom to grasp..and don't assume that most people are aware of this .

People define heaven or perfection as having everything their ego wants ..whereas highly Conscious people define it as what is .

"When you get very serious about truth you accept your life situation exactly as it is. So much so that you aren't childishly sitting around wishing it were otherwise. If you were confined to a wheelchair you would just accept it as how reality is. Just as you now just accept that you are not a bird who can fly."

Brilliantly said. To add to it, what is resides in the present, and being in the present is how we reach the past or the future. But, more specifically, the present is where the truth is, and the truth, while powerful, should be combined with light, a perfect equilibrium where truth consumes your energy and light gives you your energy, rendering you stable and able to remain in the present. Which is where isness is, like you said, and how we can actualise our potential.

Isness.  Now that's something.  It can't really be named.

I know, right? A name for it is possible in my opinion, but I/we are just not there yet, so the closest approximation I can make is ‘isness’ lol

Existence is kinda it, but existence is quite broad

Either way, the isness/root/essence/truth of a thing should always be able to be ascertained. If it’s not, it’s being blocked by something which is where judgement comes in - should I act/leave it/investigate etc

Isness what we become when strip everything away. Being.   And in that isness is God/Truth/Love/Infinity/Nothingness.
