Bought the best magnesium I could find, that combined multiple forms for better bioavailability.

Oh God, how much I needed it. It's supper important to have Magnesium on your stack, don't forget it!

God-Realize, this is First Business. Know that unless I live properly, this is not possible.

There is this body, I should know the requirements of my body. This is first duty.  We have obligations towards others, loved ones, family, society, etc. Without material wealth we cannot do these things, for that a professional duty.

There is Mind; mind is tricky. Its higher nature should be nurtured, then Mind becomes Wise, Virtuous and AWAKE. When all Duties are continuously fulfilled, then life becomes steady. In this steady life GOD is available; via 5-MeO-DMT, because The Sun shines through All: Living in Self-Love, Realizing I am Infinity & I am God

I prefer the shitty version (95% oxide/5% citrate) because I think the slight laxative effect has a better effect on my cognition than the magnesium itself (or I get enough magnesium with it).

@Ramasta9 I've tried some fruit monomeals now (bananas, mangoes, honeydew melon), and it might be the fact that I live in Norway where the food has to be imported, but I really can't do it. The energy levels are way too low. I last tried bananas (10), organic, but still, low energy. I seem to feel better afterwards when the fruit is digested and blood glucose drops, perhaps due to the microbial effect.

Jumping straight to fruit mono-meals can create quite a rapid detox process so the low energy is mostly due to detox-reactions, it can take time to feel better because its highly cleansing and clearing of a lot of old waste in the body. This is why some people incorporate sometimes smoothies, salads, avocado and maybe some nuts especially as a last meal for some slowing down of detox. Its hard to guide you over the internet but there are many groups on fb and channels on youtube with people who eat this way that may be more active and more supportive day by day. Ideally there are some good books out that you could purchase that may help while you are experimenting. Can't think of any at the top of my mind at the moment, maybe the 80/10/10 book by Doug Graham. I am quite occupied lately. https://www.facebook.com/groups/848839445195179/

Here some quick videos i saved that may help. Herbal Teas in between for support can help a lot too. All the best. Also a lot of info can be found on this channel i been following lately https://www.instagram.com/reel/DVAWm22jsUv/?utm_source=ig_web_copy_link&igsh=NTc4MTIwNjQ2YQ==

But how would I know that before I try a bunch of them?

@Ramasta9 I think "detox" could be a cope and that the process is of getting adapted to a lower energy state and lower nutrition. It's like when you injure yourself, you change state to accommodate it; your mood drops, your activity drops, and it feels shit at first, but then you stabilize a bit (until you eventually get over the injury and start moving again). If it was undeniably the case that fruit-only was superior for nutrition, my body would be jumping in excitement every time I ate. The fact that I would be eating a slightly more unripe-picked fruit or even with glyphosate in it should only be a minor factor, and the underlying superiority should shine through and be robust. Meanwhile, instead you're encouraged to go on a kind of quest to figure out how to fucking eat a fruit and not feel like shit.

Well that superhuman feeling seems to be (for most people) after a few weeks on high (mostly tropical/sub-tropical fruit), some adapt overnight but many often struggle initially due to detox which can take weeks to months to clear (depending on how toxic and backup they are with old waste) and other times people are simply not eating enough. I would first jump into raw veganism, then gradually make your way to fruit-based / smoothies and mono-fruit. This is not something someone does because they read it somewhere, it has to be a higher calling and understanding of frequency.

Its a transformational diet so if you are not ready it can smack you hard on all levels, but if you are, and have transitioned over-time with proper education and support and understanding, then it should be flying colours.

This is why you have those who thrive and those who struggle. The same thing happens from meat to veganism. People jump from a mental / intellectual perspective and understanding when their cellular matrix has yet to catch up, it has yet to land within the body as a whole. If there are unconscious/subconscious beliefs that don't fully trust and know this, its already going to fail you. That's why most fail at veganism, because deep down they still believe they need nutrients from meat, there was no fasting, herbal cleanse / detox and deprogramming beforehand and proper re-education on a cellular level.

Takes time my friend, ease into it, i've been going back and forth for years. So many things lifestyle, environment, social support, stress ect... come into play.
