Yes, there’s a physical universe. 
 

AI is a construction too, made from the same illusory knowledge the human mind is made of. So I agree, not needed, but handy for when the human mind is too lazy to repeat itself, whereby it depends on a machine to do its repeating for it.

The ego drops but consciousness does not. You are the ego now.  You have co-opted consciousness for yourself but in truth what you are is raw consciousness.

Consciousness is mind. Mind is conceptual knowing. Conceptual knowing is illusory.

What is raw consciousness? Consciousness is not a magical substance that imagines things; it is reality when it adopts a dual structure, two realities perceiving each other; that is, a living organism that registers reality. Consciousness is a possibility that happens in reality.

Anything can be turned into a religion.  But at least here it is said to discover for yourself using direct experience.  Actuality via meditation.  Thats the difference.  Religion is just a belief system it is not based on any direct experience.  If you tell a Christian they can discover Truth for themselves they will say that Jesus is above them and they arent meant to see what Jesus can see.

A physical universe indicates that material is fundamental. The atoms. Consciousness is within atoms.
