One eye experiment.

This is a cool and fun exercise/experiment. Most of you may know that if you only see with one eye you cannot perceive depth. 

The exercise is as follows:

Lie down looking to the ceiling and close one eye. Spend some time there and you can start perceiving the ceiling hyper close to your eye, as if it right next to you, and you can switch to the oposite and percieve it as far far away. Like kilometers away. You can percieve it being 1000km away as if your looking at the surface of a planet.

Following the same idea, turn around and look straight to the surface below (your sofa or floor) and just open one eye. Wait until you see that "little" space as a giant room!!

I practically use only one eye because my sight in the right one is pretty bad.

I see no difference using only one eye.

@Michal__  This is more like a contemplation, it takes time to shift your perspective. So it shouldn't matter much.

@Human Mint I have a better one..look inside your own eyes in the mirror..you will see yourself staring at you ..and inside your eyes of the yourself in the mirror it goes meta forever infinite yourself staring at you inside each eye.

This has nothing to do with solipsism btw lol😂

Better yet - look into mirror on acid,  you'll see your face melting.

I see no difference using only one eye.

My left ear is pretty bad, and I hear no difference using only one ear.
