MDMA Aftereffects

Do you all feel an afterglow the days after doing MDMA? I'm thinking of doing MDMA tomorrow and am curious how it makes you feel the days following. Uplifted, or down and depressed (or something else)?

@Breathe it all depends what topic you are processing.

Afterglow can be very nice or brutal.

Depends, if you eat healthy and take care of yourself the previous days and the following days after, allow yourself to rest and integrate, and don't abuse large doses of MDMA or take multiple doses or too often, should be ok. I no longer use it because it became worse and worse with use.

First few times were perfect, but then the mind chases it and that's when we get into deep trouble. 

TIP: Always have fresh coconut water 1 - 2 liters during a session. (electrolytes).

You need minerals as MDMA severely exhausts minerals.

I ended up doing it. I took 150mg with a 100mg re-dose.

I took a couple pages of notes but looking over it, nothing profound.

I took 1.5g of mushrooms during the comedown because I wanted to see what would happen. I got more out of the mushrooms than the MDMA. It showed me some fears that I needed to work on and that was about it. The inner critic sort of took over at the tail end of the trip.

Definitely not a pleasant trip. I would not do it that way again. I think it would have been better to combine the two at the start so the mushrooms didn't beat me up so bad.

@Breathe i can't recommend doing shrooms in come down phase because that's mostly uncomfortable. And shrooms can exaggerate that.
