Does anyone know what they are talking about?

You are more than entitled to push back at the people you assume to be denying reality.

Do you Ishanga personally deny the reality of a concept? Or is the reality of a concept an undeniable impossible to be denied unreality?

Everything stated here on the forum, all written books, all video's sharing stuff, is concept, or philosophy, or a story being told, it may be Truth for the one saying it, but its not for the one's listening or reading, until it is in their experience too then it is real for them.. This is all good, but its limited, it can teach a bit, make little changes here and there, but its not the real thing, its not transformative this sort of stuff, that is when the real Sadhana has to be done..

I don't think Contemplative practice are any good because ppl are already thinking too much, their minds are already too over reacting and stimulated, so thinking about Spiritual concepts is not the way imo... again maybe for a small few it makes some change, but not for the majority..

There's too much confusing and contrarian concepts being put out there today, for someone new to this and wanting to make change in their lives they will get confused with all the variations and differing concepts and methods saying to do this or that or not do this or that, so it confuses them, they don't know what to do and where to go, so nothing changes for them, this is the problem with too much sharing..

What has all that response got anything to do with denying reality?

Just because one, or two of us feels the joy of sharing with others, doesn’t mean they are in denial of reality. 🤷‍♀️

When one steps into genuinely not knowing, knowing and not knowing becomes irrelevant.

How does one step genuinely into not knowing?

What then in your own opinion, in your own words is transformative?  and how is that transformation achieved, exactly?

The same way they genuinely step into knowing. The mind is a two way mirror. It’s both light and dark.

I see an echo?

That's how much important our beliefs, opinions or these sentences are 😂

By genuinely not knowing is not not understanding these sentences but seeing (actually not even seen, I don't know how to explain) that without any attachment, even in any word.

Being at Peace naturally is Transformative, just imagine having one day with no Stress just Ease of Mind, Body and Emotions.. But How?

The simplest practice is Acceptance..How to Accept? Take the weather, many let the weather (winter Blues up here in Canada) affect their mental health, so use it, accept the weather today as it is,, simple small steps.. Accept I am getting older, I am gaining/losing weight, I am not in the job I want to be in.. pick any event in life, small or big, and accept it.. Then move on to other aspects, little by little no resistance will be within You, You will flow with what is, then no stress is possible or very little, then Ease or Peacefulness is natural.. Its a skill of sorts, no different from learning how to stand or walk or run,, just takes some practice..

There are many more things of this nature, how to stand, how to sit, how to breath, how to think, how to dis identify with what you are not, all sorts of little sadhanas that we do, that in the end are transformative..

I have a friendly relation with mind.

Do you have a friendly relationship with minds, or just mind?

Relationship implies two things? Is there two minds or just one mind?

Okay, but you are only saying something that I already understand.

So what’s that got anything to do with dissociative behaviour that you assume is being promoted on this thread? 🤷‍♀️

Quite simply, when one say "Let Go or Surrender" just as pure concept, without a way to do, bypassing what is going on in your Body, Emotions, Energy, Relationships, Situations arising, etc then that is dissociative..

Can you explain this another way, I'm not understanding.

Okay if you say so, it’s just a concept. Concepts are just noise within the peace, the peace that passes all understanding.

No one is denying that.

This is what I might take issue with.  There is no ... and It's just ....  Concepts are just [blah blah].  In this case noise but always something negative.

It’s not that difficult to understand. Quite simply, nothing belongs to you. You own nothing.

With "Not Knowing", when You genuinely know You do not Know, what happens is our natural curiosity and intelligence within Us begins to work overtime.. Right Now most People think they Know, they think they know what life is (situations, relationships, stuff they buy, experiences they had), what the meaning of life is (have a family, make money, go on trips, etc) and this sort of stuff, plus with tech today, AI, ppl can ask chtgpt what something is and it will tell You, but that is not real knowing..but ppl think they know so their intelligence and curiosity is turned OFF..

When you know You do not know Experientially, it turns back On, You now have endless energy and are totally alert to What Is, and then true knowing is available to You, this is not intellectual knowing, book stuff, its Experiential knowing, a connection with Life itself which is what You are, then life opens up to more Possibilities!
