How to communicate the highest levels of consciousness to normies?

Example would be that most people are just conditioned to what they think about and  what they buy into . Everyone are puking their programming and conditioning..not stuff they have derived from direct experience or knowing .

Also in a sense I was always thinking along these lines but keeping it all suppressed..but now that I understand what is actually going on I just want to make everyone get it .imagine if you make close people to you at the same level of consciousness as you are ..that will be amazing. 

If you feel you have to dim your light and expression then you need to move out or find other ways to channel it.

Try music or art or dance, yoga, tai chai, exercise, run, whatever it is, there are many ways to express the higher truth beyond words. This is the "embodiment" I was speaking of earlier, and helps "ground" the spiritual highs, so to speak.

The more you "suppress" and "resist" your natural self, the sicker you become. 

Truth expressed is medicine, truth withheld becomes poison.

Find ways to channel it or move out and find a more supportive environment / community.

One problem I do see is people who think they know the highest levels of consciousness trying to teach "normies." I myself don't know the highest levels of consciousness and I make an effort to only speak about what I actually do understand. Of course it's not my place to judge whether someone knows the highest levels, but I do get a strong intuition that many of the ones who claim to know are nowhere near it. I know that many who do know the higher levels will remain silent in the background of this community. I also know that actually knowing the highest levels really solidly will warp your reality so hard it will likely make them completely not care about saying anything about it. In this respect it is an absolute miracle that Leo has the patience to tell us

My personal direct experience or knowing showed me that I still had to act out a separate role one way or the other, and that either which way I acted, nothing would have changed, or impacted my life to how I lived it. After transcending the illusion of separation, I still had to act as though separation existed. Before transcendence, everyone was separate from me, and then after,  everyone was still separate from me, but this time I had to fake a separate relationship with them, because I knew they were just me in a different meat suit, and that they were not separate from me, but I couldn’t tell them. I wouldn’t say a word, well not at least until they mentioned it first, and then only then would I mention yeah I understand what you mean.

I like to say semi-jokingly if you want to be a glutton for punishment, teach spiritual enlightenment.  And it's not the normies that will come after you it's other spiritual teachers.  There is a solution to this though.  It's coming at it patiently and with more love.  You can point and share instead of teach.
