The eye and skin of a nurse shark.

Sharks are usually thought of having smooth skin. But their skin is rough which helps with the flow of water, reducing drag.

The eye looks like a galaxy.

@Ramasta9 Lovely images of my home country! I can see you have some aesthetic/artistic inclinations. Framing, balance, rule of thirds and content very nicely arranged compositionally :D Have you been to Uluru?

Looks like Smaug's eye, too - the dragon from The Hobbit.

Hehe I've been here most of my life :P Yeah these are all with my s10e. I had a digital camera once Nikon P900 but it was too bulky and sold it.

I do miss those amazing captures that the phones cannot do tho, been thinking about getting a new one for some time now. I have a little vision to create sound therapy videos in nature.

Uluru, nah not yet, not the biggest fan of the dry hot deserts, i need waterfalls, rivers, trees, forests, jungles are my thing, and my van probably wont even make it haha its too old. I just came back from paradise FNQ because it kept breaking down. Stuck in sydney for a little while :S

Ohhh, a fellow aussie :D

I have lived, and made sure I live, on the banks of the Yarra River, Melbourne (in some fashion) my whole life. That is my every day hike/mediation area. Not a day passes where I do not wonder down there to refresh/reflect and touch the water. I suppose it is my one and only ritualistic activity - although I have to watch for snakes and giant orb weavers at this time of year....

Hehe i thought you already figured it out, but I'm always playing the mysterious game online. Not sure if i've met the Yarra River, I did drive by Melbourne on the way to Tasmania and on the way back, but the city was way too chaotic for me, I had to leave in a few hours.

I did like this place tho, where we catch the ferry to Tasmania :)

Its even challenging for me being here more in the suburbs which is still 40 minutes away from the city-city, but definitely not ideal for me. I prefer deep nature, mountains, beaches away from cities and noise, and most of these places are usually in between big cities. I'm currently feeling to sell everything I own and invest in some small patch of land somewhere cheap and build a tiny home, and grow lots of food and medicine.

I've always been an old soul this way, even when i was a kid i would always be found hanging out with indigenous people or spending time in their homes and families, cause they felt more home to me, they were naturally more dialed into nature and the land, soul recognizes soul.

Have you ever looked deep inside a sunflower, that it actually is full of little flowers within the flower :P

This is a pattern all over reality :) Like a fractal:
