Lol, is it book by Vadim Zeland? Where do you know if from? It`s russian book :)

I heard one streamer that is at stage orange-green self-improvement talking about that book as one of the best he read. But I haven`t read it yet

Funny you posted this as I'm re-reading it a second time currently.

In terms of readability it is very challenging. 9/10 in terms of how hard it is to read and grasp. Reason being is you have to read it slowly and think of personal examples of each point from your own life. He also created his own list of vocabulary words/phrases like pendulums, balanced forces, inner/outer intention, wave of fortune, rustle of the morning stars (intuition), etc. that make it challenging. Also the book has a shitload of weird typos and grammar mistakes because, as @SimpleGuy  said, the book is translated from Russian to English.

But on the actual substance? I think the book is phenomenal (IF you can grasp it). It's a law of attraction book, only better. Basically it peak pragmatism, but with epistemic fine-tuning (except for occasional woo-woo stuff you gotta read past). It tells you how to set goals and achieve them from the standpoint of fully engaging while at the same time being laid back.

And to avoid pendulums, or energy structures in reality that prey on your energy to serve themselves, not you. Basically Vadim Zeland's description of pendulums is a lot like Leo's description of collective ego. But what's cool is there's a lot of practical stuff about how to work in systems with pendulums and still get what you want.

Talks about witnessing consciousness vs dreaming consciousness. Admits that Transurfing (his book) is just a model and not ultimate truth; he recommends you actually apply it instead of taking it on faith (that's how I know it's a well-intentioned teaching).

Overall a good SD stage orange/yellow book assuming you apply it with good morals. But the author repeatedly says having negative intentions backfires in his model so really it only works from the standpoint of good mental health and honesty.

Out of the 90 books I've read, It's in my top 5. If you read it, good luck! (It's 700+ pages)

I think it's a great book!

Lots of fluff but its pretty interesting, and helps paint a picture. I will put my notes in here that summarize the core concepts. It's basically manifestation, psycho-cybernetics, think and grow rich, type stuff but I would prefer it to any of those <- perspectives.

Intro, what is transurfing?

 

some people weakly go with the flow of life, some fight it, some transurf

 

 

live in the present. everything is here and now already. achieving a goal is not a problem, where you need to focus on getting to a certain place. It is a game you are choosing to participate in, and, like climbing a mountain, the whole point is to enjoy the journey, and be present. 

 

Alternatives Space

Explain the alternatives space

Thought energy is like a wave in the ocean, bringing a part of the whole into consciousness and actuality. The alternatives space is all there, but thought energy determines what is manifest. 

Any branch of knowledge or model of the world is simply a perspective of one manifestation of reality, one form that reality takes when we look at it a certain way.

Every organism contributes to material realization of the alternatives space, 

 

 

-Deconstruct the idea of time and the unfolding of a developing material world. Instead, there is a set of infinite possibilities within consciousness and one particular materialization. Like a person wandering in a forest in the dark with a torch, their perceptions are not developing. The forest is all there, just not lit up.

-Energy transforms the possible alternatives into physical reality.

-thoughts and actions create your reality in the same way. Both are energies that influence which sector of the alternatives space manifests

 

 

Pendulums

A pendulum is a collective energetic thought pattern created by a group of people thinking in the same way, that has an energy of its own. 

Pendulums convinces you that its goals are actually your goals, directing your creative energy and concern towards its goals. 

To be free from pendulums you must get in touch with your heart and find what goals are really yours

To be free from pendulums we need to recognize them, and lower the importance and energy we give to them

To be free from pendulums, make sure you are approaching your goals without urgency, with an intention but not a need and desire. If you feel like the goal must be achieved urgently, or you have an obligation or burden to do it, it may not be yours.

Once you are free from pendulums, you are open to encountering a wave of good fortune. This is a path through the alternatives space where you stop blocking yourself from the universe taking care of you.

 

-if everyone were to claim what is rightfully theirs, and set intention towards their true goals without expanding their energy by creating obstacles in their their imagination that they then fight against, Pendulum would cease to influence us. despite the fact that it is difficult to imagine the world without pendulum the false stereotypes and beliefs, they create are not as hard and fast as the laws of motion, for example

 

 

Fear of money, budgeting, fear of income decreasing, or that there won’t be enough will manifest itself.

Pendulums convince you that money is the source of joy, but the true source is nature and relationships.

Pendulums convince you that you need money to achieve your goals, causing you to lose sight of your purpose.

Focus on the actual goal (e.g., travel and community); money will come as an accompanying attribute.

 

Balance and Importance & Intention with and Without Desire

The creation of material reality follows balance. When we attribute too much importance to something, we create an energetic imbalance. Feeling like you must have something, being anxious about if it will happen, desire, will create excess potential that prevents its realization. Judgement and discontent will turn balanced forces against you, reinforcing the things that you resist in reality. Appreciation can come from unconditional love, instead of attachment, clinging, and desire, which will repell the things you want. As an example, dependent relationships will create excess potential

Intention can be realized when it is free from desire. At first this sounded almost dull and passionless to me, but really having a pure intention without desire and attachment is the most powerful creative force, and is more passionate and alive than a conditional need for something. It is an intention to create something out of unconditional love. This is the powerful creative force that allows us to transurf. This is simply not placing our happiness behind some external thing

Practice accepting each situation as it unfolds as it is, and not attributing certain outcomes as good and desired, and others as bad. Let go and trust in the universe and the process, and do not constantly subject yourself to the stress of labeling things like this. Focus on the process, enjoy the present, realizing that no specific outcome will be the source of happiness for you. When we realize that happiness is not on the other side of a certain thing, we can approach it with creative loving intention.

Do not try to overcome obstacles, but reduce their importance. Do not obsess over how things can go right or wrong, but focus on your intention and action to take the next step, and be with where you are now. 

Money will come of its own accord on your path towards your goal, greet it with love and part it without regret. Treat it with respect, but do not assign excess importance to either preserving, rationing or acquiring it.

The possibility of failure and alternatives can help you not place all your eggs in the basket of the goal. Accepting that it may not happen helps lower importance

 

 

-Your certainty with which you set your intention to have something determines whether you will get it or not. Desire includes the potential of non-fulfillment and thus worry, anxiety, frantic actions, etc. you must believe that it is already awaiting your claim. So you must at the same time have certainty but without attachment to it, not a need. You do not hold the possibility of not getting it out of love, not out of fear. Without importance, act without demanding, care without worry. It is crucial (p 234) to realize that happiness is never on the other side of some external thing. Alignment with your life path can bring happiness. When we think that it is behind something, this leads to us giving it importance.

-just like getting the newspaper, there is intention without desire, because it is an intent followed by calm action, and even if the newspaper isnt gotten, it isnt a big deal. No belief or desire, just doing, thus being free of excess potential. Focus on the process, not the goal, eliminates excess potential. 

  imagine you became aware that you are the Director of your fate and can buy whichever newspaper you want, you are aware of this, but it does not fill you with arrogance and confidence that you are the Director of your life. While trans surfing can give you the ability to direct your own life, do not let this lead to attachment, or you will create access potential. If you went to get a newspaper, and a stand was closed, you would simply go to another stand. You must be a Director without attachment and control.

If you feel a sense that you must make a huge effort to achieve the goal ASAP, or you doubt your abilities, you have too much importance. (pg 244-245)

Problems are when someone resists the current. Resisting them and being attached to your specific plan will make them into problems.

When holding your desired slide, if you feel a sense that you must make a huge effort to achieve the goal ASAP, or you doubt your abilities, you have too much importance.

 

 

Desire focuses on the goal; intention focuses on the process.

Transurfing visualization focuses on what moves you toward the goal, with the goal as the background of the visualization. (pg 184)

If you feel a burden, urgency, or obligation when imagining achieving your goal, the heart is saying no to this goal.

Live in the present. Achieving a goal is not a problem but a game—like climbing a mountain, the goal is to enjoy the journey and be present.

The heart is selfish. Your deepest, heart-aligned goals are not primarily about helping others.

 

 

 

Inner and Outer Intention

To understand intention, first we must realize that in lucid dreaming, our intention instantly manifests. In physical reality, most people are simply not tapped into that power, and it takes more time.

 

Inner intention is the concentration of attention on the process of moving towards a goal. It resolves to act

Outer intention is the alignment of the heart and mind with consciousness itself, and allows the goal to realize itself. It resolves to have.

Inner attention achieve by force striving to resist the alternatives flow and impact reality, outer attention simply chooses and allows the autonomous realization of a goal. 

 

Awareness allows you to wake up from the game you are playing

 

Intention is what you use to go get your mail. There is no desire, just intention leading to immediate action. We place some things outside of our comfort zone and desire them, not taking the action to create them.

 

 

-using outer intention is subtle, I need to escape the pendulum of thinking that I need to find a way to make a living or else my life will be miserable. I think visualization is free of the excess potential because it is not coming from a place of need and desire, but simply thinking about something nice and having gratitude for those things already existing. 

-184, desire focuses on the goal, intention focuses on the process. transurfing visualization focuses on what moves you towards the goal. the goal os the background of the visualization 

 

Importance is the main obstacle preventing you from realizing your goals. 

Your certainty with which you set your intention to have something determines whether you will get it or not.

Visualize the original goal rather than focusing on money or other conditions first.

Outer intention is subtle and escapes the pendulum of “I need to make a living or else my life will be miserable.”

Using outer intention allows visualization to be free of excess potential—thinking about something nice with gratitude as if it already exists.

 

 

The Heart and the mind

The heart does not speak or think. It feels and knows. So any affirmation/visualization must be based in feeling.

If you have to talk yourself into something, it means the heart is saying no,

Signs and omens exist so long as we attribute meaning to them, they are real. The feelings they invoke allow our heart to communicate to our mind if something is right or not.

Imagine if you did not achieve a certain goal, if you feel any sense of relief, your heart does not want it.

The heart will feel a deep inner discomfort if something is not right

 

The heart speaks the langunage of your deepest desires. If you convince yourself you need a bridge, like money, to get to what your heart wants, your visualization and creative drive will lose all power, as the heart only feels and knows, and will not be aligned with your mind.

 

The heart is the medium of new information and unrealized sectors of the alternatives space to the mind. This is the source of discoveries

 

The heart and mind are easily united against a negative expectation, but the mind often abandons the heart towards a positive goal. 

 

 

 

The heart can only feel outer intention, but the mind can only feel will.

 

The mind establishes that it is searching for what will bring it joy, and the heart feels into it.

 

Life experience and exploring your interests will help the heart have more to work with.

 

-we typically carry very clear images of what we dont want in life, and this is something the heart and mind agree on, which leads us to that reality. in contrast, we usually don’t have a very clear picture of what we actually really want, and so the mind cannot get on the same wavelength and clarity as the heart, and that reality is not created

 

-the heart is actually kind of selfish. your deepest heart aligned goals are not primarily about helping others. Once you have created the reality you desire you will have a full cup, and actually be able to help others. but for now, you need to focus on what YOUR heart wants 

 

Doors and Goals

 

A foreign goal

- is punishing, coerced, an obligation

-in the guise of fashion and prestige

-unattainable in an attractive way

-forces you to prove yourself to yourself and others

-imposed by others

-improves someone else’s wellbeing

-uneasy feeling in the heart

 

Do not even consider the means until you have determined if a goal is yours with certainty

It should fulfill all other desires along the way to your goal.

Your heart will be drawn to it

 

As soon as you decide for or against a goal, pay attention to how your inner intuition responds, your inner voice.

 

Slides can help eliminate inhibitions, but inner discomfort from the heart not aligning will remain.

 

The mind cannot search for your goal

 

A door is a path to your goal. If you do not see the door, focus on the goal and the transfer chain will begin to appear. You do not need to have a concrete plan, just the next step.

 

 

As you move through a door, there is no need to burn bridges or slam doors behind you. Stay open and do not put all your eggs in one basket.

 

The only thing to pay attention to when considering a goal is how comfortable it makes you.

when visualizing, what goals resonate with your heart, make sure not to pay attention to attainability, prestige, how you would achieve it. Sit with it and pay attention to how it makes you feel, what it would be like to have it.

 

 

 

Slides and Visualization

Illusions, visions, etc. are not fantasy but a perception of another reality in the alternatives space.

 

A slide is a lens that you put in front of your perception. Create a slide that resonates with the heart and the mind. Outer intention will gradually realize the content of your slide. Every time you view the slide, add more detail. Do not copy and paste another persons life into your slide, make it your own. It is not an image, live in it in your mind. Rather than fixating on the end goal, visualize the process of growth. “In transurfing, visualization is understood to be the act of focusing on the image of realizing the next step in the transfer chain. If you do not know how to achieve something, focus on the slide of the goal, and the next  step will come to you.

 

-175 slides. positive v negative self perception. play the positive slide of you being the person you want to be until it simply integrated into your mind

-slides are constantly playing, examine your negative slides that you play for yourself

-pg 183 visualization techniques, if you want a farm, visualize details, as if you are there on your farm

You must play a role in your visualization so the subconscious mind knows it is yours.

When visualizing, focus on goals resonating with your heart. Ignore attainability, prestige, or logistics—pay attention to how it makes you feel. (pg 217)

Hold the idea of canceling a goal: do you feel relief, or do you feel that you really must have this thing?

 

Transfer Chain, problems, control

Instead of focusing on a detailed plan, focus on the next step based on where you are right now.

The transfer chain will likely change; focus on intention and the next step rather than attachment to a specific plan or outcome.

The book compares this to a mother facilitating a child’s growth—not obsessing over all the details but focusing on the next stages of development.

Problems are reframed as positive when you align with the transfer chain, focusing only on the next step based on where you are right now.

-“problems” are when someone resists the current, reframing things that don’t align with your plan as positive will actually make it so. Resisting them and being attached to your specific plan will make them into problems. Reality transurfing covers the concept of a transfer chain, A link of steps to the goal. Instead of focusing on a detailed plan, simply focus on the next step based on where you are right now. You cannot predict all of the steps, and the transfer chain will likely change the book provides the analogy of a mother facilitating its child’s growth. The mother does not obsess over all the details that will lead to the child, being a healthy and happy adult. instead, she focuses on the next stage of growth, taking the first steps, or learning a new skill. So, it is important to focus on intention, the actual actions that you should be taking towards your goal. But this needs to come from the right, inner psychological vibration, without attachment, to a specific plan, or outcome, and trust and faith in the process, regardless of how things unfold. it is best to be present and take joy in the next step. if you are going to jump in the ocean, you would simply focus on putting 1 foot in front of the other, and enjoy that process, instead of thinking about how the waves will be and where exactly you will jump in at what angle. let go of that. this would obviously be neurotic, but our rationalistic material. Understanding of reality leads us to try and plan creating the life we want like this. Your vibration, mind, spirit, and actions are whats important, not some master plan

 

Energy and Vibration

Free energy can be downloaded into the body and channeled.

Physical energy gets depleted, but spiritual energy cannot be stored and flows freely. 

Kundalini, up and down the meridians

 

-inspiration comes when you just start working, if you sit around in anticipation and inaction waiting for inspiration, it surely will not come

 

 

Your vibration, mind, spirit, and actions are what matter, not a master plan.

Live in the present—everything is here and now already.

Inspiration comes when you just start working; waiting for inspiration will ensure it doesn’t come.

Use enough money to achieve goals but treat it with respect.

 

Waves of good fortune and negative life lines

Getting into a positive upward spiral has much to with your state of consciousness.

Money:

 

-read 79-80

-it is very difficult to love money without wanting more of it, therefore to not be dependent on it, but we should strive for this as much as possible. Ultimately grounding should be in the present moment and ones inner world, and so one can appreciate money without attachment.

-Fear is extremely powerful. So worrying that your income is gradually decreasing, that financial stress is coming, that you never have enough, is a powerful way to create life lines where this is the case.

-practice gratitude for the money you have. Be ready for more, but content and relaxed.

-pendulums will convince you that you need money for your goals, and then money becomes your new goal. People then loose focus on their goals and come under control of the pendulum.

-focusing on money you loose the power of pursuing a goal that your heart wants, and you get neither the things you want from the money nor the money. 

-treat money with respect and be responsible, but without fear

-if something is part of your true goals, spend money on it, and have no regrets parting with the money. 

-spend money wisely to promote the flow of your life lines and experiencing your goals.

-instead, focus on things OUTSIDE of money, we think that money is everything and pendulums convince us that money is the source of joy

-this means for me being present, finding joy in nature and relationships, which is the true source of joy, and no matter what happens with money I will have this. 

-also be grateful for the money I do have, appreciate the value it does give me. Appreciate when money does come but do not worry about it.

-pendelums convince you you need money to achieve your goals, and you loose sight of your purpsoe. 

you cannot make a lot of money in a pendelum that is not aligned with your purpose

-Focus on the actual goal, e.g. to travel and spend time in nature with a community, and money will come as an accompanying attribute.

-You cannot place the chances of achieving your goal on the condition of getting money first. Visualize the original goal. 

-Do not be frugal and afraid, but this doesnt mean be careless. Use enough money to achieve my goals, but still treat it with respect

-Makes me think i should really focus on personal brand, my state of mind, and not grind dropshipping beyond what feels natural

-simply give yourself permission to have the things that you want, and let go of the battle to get them through money. People convince themselves that they need to work their whole lives just to have vacations and retirement, where they will get their freedom, but they are subjecting themselves to this pendulum. You will not win this battle by fighting it, but by withdrawing attention from the pendulum. if you give yourself the freedom and permission and Will to have the things you want, insufficient funds will simply not be an obstacle.

 

 

Action:

 

-action is the key to worry and anxiety, waiting in expectation

-if you desire, accept possibility of defeat and act

 

 

Hues, transaction, life lines,deja vu

explain déjà vu within the context of trans surfing. Time is not linear and so déjà vu is not simply seeing something that has happened before. It is a peak into a different sector and lifeline in the alternative space. For me, while practicing the techniques and trans surfing, I’ve had a few times where I have déjà vu surrounding my goals and a different lifeline where my life reflects having met those goals. I think this is super powerful because it opens up to the subconscious mind that sector of the alternative space. it is already there, your thoughts simply don’t reflect it.

 

Pg 350 or right before:

1visualize a point a few interest in front of your stomach and a few inches behind, now imagine rotating the front one up and the back one down

2visualize your target slide, making sure that you are living the slide instead of just looking through it.

3 look clearly and focused ahead at an ordinary scene

 

do not force this exercise and simply do it when it feels natural. The purpose of it is to perceive movement through the alternative space, which can be helpful however it is not necessary.

 

 

this exercise will help shift you onto lifelines that align with your slides, if this shift happens, you may notice that things simply have a different hue to them, a different texture. Just like when you have déjà vu reality feels different, there is a different texture, and identity and external world , this hue can involve your senses, but can be more abstract

 

 

The other, the world, reality

 

You need to trust that the world will take care of you. We sever our relationship with the world and so it allows us to go out on our own, using inner intention. When we trust that the world is taking care of us, it allows us to have a relationship with the world.

 

Your mental outlook should be as if you already have or are about to recieve what you want

 

 

The mirror principles

 

1 the world is a mirror that reflects your relationship to it

2 the reflection is formed by the unity of the heart and mind

3 there is a delay in the reaction of the mirror

4 Stop staring at the contents of the mirror and trying to force them with inner intention. Instead, the nature of the content of your thoughts creates reality. It is the content of, not your opinion about your thoughts that influences what you create

5 Focus your attention on an end goal as if it has already been reached

6release your grip and allow the world to move with the alternatives flow

7 embrace any reflection as positive: The world says “as u wish” to your relationshipto it, how it treats you. You control good fortune by believing you are having good fortune
