I think I'd like to end up as an exceptional businessman/leader one day. And in order to steer clear of bad actors I need to learn how to judge character well.

Look, feel, listen for contradictions in their verbal communications.

If you want to be a judge of character you have to be very steady in your own mind.

Put yourself in their shoes, You are a steady rigid mind. Why would a steady rigid mind do what they are doing and saying?

Bring it all back to nothing. Why is nothing doing this?
