I don't even know of a method that shows you this life, let alone a fictious or imagined one.

There’s a lot of information of children being convinced they’ve lived before and have given detailed factual evidence.

I only have a dream that I was a man sitting with his eyes closed on a dark planet. I heard something be hind me and knew a man was there out of intuition. Everything was black the sun was shooting out purple reflections on everything but not enough light to see anything. Then he threw a rock at me or knocked me out with something.

I had another dream when I was a baby that a comet hit the earth and I flew up into space and there was a blue woman with her tongue stuck out at me.

I have a friend, who had a past life regression therapy and seriously went into past lives as real as his current life.

Only downside is he payed around 500 euros, which is alot but for such a one time thing I think could be worth it but in case it does not work It's better to search for other options

They are just other focal points of consciousness, other concurrent lives/selves existing simultaneously because time/past are illusions. No different than dreams. Its all overlays within the Source-Field, you could call them 'resonance fields'. Like rays of the sun, your higher self or true self or Source, being the sun, and simultaneous lives or versions of yourself are all the rays it emits, that occasionally overlap each other, which also what is happening when we experience Deja vu ect.. @Schahin 

You don't need $500, you can find many self-hypnosis / past life regression guides and techniques on youtube for free if that interests you, otherwise simply allow things to naturally unfold. In deep meditation I once woke up in an alien body and my vision was bluish-green, it was really strange but also interesting experience but never really dwelled on it too much. I was getting into all the mystical stuff until the bliss of being took over.

Then all the superpowers were dropped with the mind who seeked them and seeked these mystical experiences.

I did one maybe 15 years ago, it was around 44 minutes, the male had a soft guiding voice, but i drifted off in my own imagination after a little while. I was into meditation and mystical states a lot back then so it could of been just a random meditation rather than a guided one.

I would say find one that feels very enjoyable for you, nice to listen to, can help you relax and let go, that's the one that may work best.
