Being victim destroyed my life.

I started self development with Leo's videos. About 2-3 years ago. But today I am still isolated I don't have even one friend, no career no hobby many bad habits. I am just courier and totally guilty with my past.

It feels like I slept and now I awake. I have big pain inside me. Tell me something🥹 I lost everyone with my unserious attitude school friends, family, friends, relatives. I broke my image with asking people money and gambling and also silly social media posts to receive attention from others.

It could sometimes be overwhelming to tackle all your problems at once. So you might start with what you find most important and work from there. Also be careful with self hate, it can contribute to destructiveness and worsen relationships…

It's good that you're willing to acknowledge that.

I'd add that responsibility doesn't mean blame. You can actually become responsible and move towards your goals without blaming yourself or feeling guilty about past behavior. Focus your time and effort on building what you want rather than on dwelling on your past history too much. Ask yourself questions such as "What am I working towards? What I am looking forward to? What is it that I want to master in life? How can I be more effective in that?" And make it happen.
