So which one did you try out? And what do you recommend about proper usage?

 

Update I read in the comments these two devices are Parasym hrv device for ear and  Pulsetto.

@AION ah thanks can you tell me how long a session needs to be with this device and do you get immediately the effects or do you need some sessions until you really get noticable effects? If so how many seasons would be needed?

Wow this device works!!!

An important reddit note to share:

Apparently you have to be at at least a 5 intensity to activate the vagus nerve after 5 minutes or so. Meaning, the whole time I was using it, I was just massaging skin deep, and not getting deep into and under the neck muscles were the vagus nerve, comprised of hundreds of nerves, running through your neck.

After the video, as uncomfortable as it was, I started putting the gel directly on the solenoids, starting the device at 2, and bringing it up to 7-9 intensity. I also begin extending the time past 10 minutes. If you feel your lip pulling or tingling in other areas of the face….thats when it’s working.

@OBEler don’t believe random Reddit posts. For me 3-4 is enough intensity. Some people are less sensitive and need more intensity. It is about the vagus nerve. Not about massaging the neck. This device is a game changer on the level of psychedelics. It remains a question mark why so many spiritual leaders are blind on the level of technological developments. They are blind to AI too and how that can help with transcendence. Imo everybody who is blind to it deserves to be wiped out by AI.

It is not that pricy for a life time of use. Even Leo asks 1,5 k for a day worth of seminar. You buy this device once and use it for decades.

@AION yeah you are right, 5 is too intense for me and uncomfortable. Everyone is different. I have a very thin skin.

In terms of psychedelics how is pulsetto a game changer in your opinion? How do you use it exactly for psychedelic purposes? Smoking DMT and having a session with this device at the same time? Which Programm on the app do you prefer to use for psychedelic purposes?

I haven’t tried it with DMT yet. Only micro dosing on LSD or Molly. But if you have trauma it is a good way to fix that before using psychedelics. 

Spiritual teachers are telling people to take psychedelics while most people are traumatized to their core. It is not responsible and not conscious. 

For me taking psychedelics triggers trauma responses in my body(things I suppressed, everybody has this) This device helps me to calm down while I have trauma responses. 

I have other techniques and devices too which I might share but most people on this forum are not interested in that. They rather talk about goofy alien stuff than healing. That is like trying to go to the prom while you can’t even wipe your own ass. I’m not interested in taking to these idiots anymore.

You're right, I meant that for some reason he doesn't want to/can't suggest taking pharmaceutical products because they're scary, so he pushes people to buy it.

I also believe that forcing the nervous system to relax with external help prevents internal change, so I'm most against external help in general.

@Schizophonia Xanax has side effects though. Obviously it is better to not use any outer things. But for some it is too much. It is like saying “why you use the car? Just walk”. If you have a long road that might be too much. Especially with psychedelics it becomes difficult to relax. Or with people who had a lot of trauma it is too much.

Can you share? I am highly interested and have the will to try everything out.

Also so you use Pulsetto right before taking a trip ? Do you just take low doses lsd and then turn it on? I don't know how I would use Pulsetto with psychedelics it could be a bit over the top.

I researched about pulsetto, it is unclear if it uses the recommended PRF frequency. It's a wellness device. 

Truvaga Plus could be better. It uses medical tested frequencys.

I tested pulsetto on my depressed girlfriend. She had effects but not against her depression. But it could help in other areas. It's an interesting technology but I want to test out the best technology available on this field.
