If you are reality itself, then why is he telling you what to do with yourself. Why is he instructing on what to do. He's reality and i'm reality and as reality he's telling reality what to do with reality.

Awareness is what IS. He has to say you because you don’t walk around not being a you. Yes the “self” the “you” is a construct. But awareness is what is it doesn’t belong to a you or me or whatever. Awareness simply is.

What is aware of what where there's no separation. Yes, there's awareness in the dream, the dream that's not really happening. It is part of the package including consciousness and the I am. 

Of course I say you and me and our and us, but making a video of that nature is misleading to say you are reality then proceed to instruct on what to do with that information.

But why would I want to control anything about knowing I’m alive?

Aliveness is taking care of itself. Aliveness knows it’s alive, that’s all that’s happening.

How could you even know breathing or heartbeat is happening if you didn’t exist. Fair enough separate selves don’t exist, but that doesn’t mean the whole doesn’t exist. You are the whole, you are aliveness itself.

The real question is, how do you know it is a chicken or tomato soup? When you say, because it is make out of chicken or tomato. That's naming and labeling.
