Meditating for just 20 mins is seriously so healing and provides so much clarity. I don’t even try to silence my mind anymore or need it to go a certain way, like I used to assume it had to be. I simply shut up and observe. That’s it… so simple, yet so effective!

No fulfillment of human desire will ultimately satisfy me. I’m just speed-running selfish desires, burning them out, until I grow beyond this form.

What I once saw as weakness, my reclusiveness, my sparse connections, is actually a strength. Solitude gives me space to sit with the mystery of it all, unburdened by the weight of others’ needs and expectations.
