@Hojo You're looking at manmade satellites and yes there are thousands of them orbiting the Earth. Notice the ones that follow each other @3:00 in a straight line? That is Starlink. It looks way more impressive than what is normally seen with the unaided eye because he's using a super sensitive camera and it's speeded up. With a satellite tracking app such as Heavens Above every one of those lights in the sky can be identified. BTW-I saw no "triangles". Some of the dots were a bit oblong but that's only due to the frame speed of the camera.
