Flowstate

17 posts in this topic

I bought a brainwave device that teaches you how to go into flow state with a bell. I've had it for 2 days and already found a way for infinite flow. It is very easy to do.

This above is considered normal brain waves just sitting there

This above is infinite flow state. To enter infinite flow state lay on your back close your eyes and look left to right over and over again. You can even just slightly rock your head back and forth and barely move your eyes but you have to move your eyes a bit. Thats it. The blue is sleeping conciousness it goes up.

The red on the top are gamma waves higher conciousness waves. These are fear waves. This is the feeling of your stomach dropping in your brain. Higher conciousness is fear to be able to enable fear on yourself and sit there and drop your stomach and brain without scared should raise you to higher conciousness.

The colors here are

Red = fear

Light blue = logic

Green and yellow = creativity

Dark blue = sleep.

Interesting even though I didn't understand much of what you're getting at . Since it shows you'd phone charge .

Is that a phyiscal device though or an Android App?

@Someone here its like a crown that you wear that will measure you brain waves while you do things. And you get and app to read it on your phone.

I figure out the different qualia of brain waves and how to make them change.

If you move your eyes left to right your brain will automatically enter flowstate.

And they said people in high meditation will have way more red which are gamma waves. The feeling of qualia of gamma ways in the brain are like fear feeling. Or like you are sucking into your body. You can see in the last picture I manually turned my gamma ways on to over 25- 30 percent ( they are normally like 4 to 6 peecent)by just making myself feel like I'm sucking inside my body to my stomach and holding it.

Its like a panic attack is massive gamma wave dump.

The flow state is the opposite gamma goes away and everything else goes up.

I found out if you want total body coherance you combined both together and its how to meditate.

Close eyes look back and forth for 10 mins then drop yourself into your stomach hold it and repeat like 5 or 6 times. Don't let the pressure off each time you repeat.

@Hojo I have an EmWave around here somewhere. It uses a software program to record Brainwave/heart sync.

Years ago I had an alpha/theta monitor that was great for meditation. It gave an audible ping when you hit on either. With practice you could get a stream of alpha or theta going.

@cetusYes this is like the same machine. The method I discovered requires no training it will auto get you pinging. Its like mimicking rapid eye movement your brains theta and alpha waves automatically start going off. You dont have to try besides looking right and left.

How long to look left and right to reach flow and how long does your flow state last after you stop looking left and right?

This is doing the technique. You achieve infinite flow. If you do it while dropping your gamma waves (like sinking your stomach really hard ) every 10 or so minutes you will achieve mind body coherence.

@Joshe Yes it stops it. Thats why you gotta drop your stomach every now and then you are like going to sleep while doing it. You will enter a coherence state where all your brain waves are together on the graph. Its like your brain waves merge together. It would be like my second original picture but you are slowly bringing up the red wave by dropping your stomach.

@Hojo The EmWave monitors coherence. Looks like you at about 4% according to the graph. You'll have to work on that a bit and see if you can get a higher score. I'm not sure what is meant by "flow time". I did see it does monitor alpha (gold line) and theta (green line) plus others beta, ect. Can you see the results in real time?

Your beta waves are the most abundant @ 42% which are your normal waking, thinking brainwaves.

On the color chart see if you can replace more of the blue area with the gold/yellow. It takes practice and it's hard to say how accurate/sensitive your monitor really is. The really sensitive clinical monitors that are used for like sleep studies ect. are some expensive equipment.

@cetus Yea I am not meditating during alot of these I am just doing random things. You can see the charts in real time. It has allof them in one, flow state, coherance, left and right brain waves seperately, and then a bunch of heart stuff.I have reached high coherance while meditating. I am also high during alot of these and I noticed weed will increase your thinking and drastically reduce your HRV heart rate variation. Not on weed I have a 80 HRV on weed I have a 25-30. I jerked off with it on and when you cum every wave shoots down. I cleaned my house and I entered flow state the entire time, however I went for a walk and I wasnt entering flow state. during my walk I was shifting my eyes and it entered me into flow but as soon as I stopped it stopped. Then I tried stimming while I was walking and noticed that if I put my fingers like this stock-photo-the-index-finger-is-attached-to-the-thumb-in-a-circle-isolated-on-white-background-688000711.jpg

my mind went into flow. This is a cool product you can wear it anywhere under a hat and you can see what is triggering you out of flow states and what you can do with your body change the energy in your body.

Like while I was cleaning I could still think and imagine while in flow state but I would get certain thoughts that would stop it and I could see which ones were doing it. In another way this product can show you which thoughts are not correct to your belief systems.

Another thing I noticed if I strain my body, by sitting up very straight during meditation my body read as relaxed.

Im getting thoughts about meditators going into a total silent cave and hearing their brain waves in the silence and then fucking with their body to change it.

@Hojo What are you using to determine this "flow state" you are referring to? By flow state do you mean streaming selected brain waves over others?

I was reading for clinical neurofeedback to be effective it needs to have real-time feedback of 500 Ms or less. That takes a lot of computing power especially when there are multiple brainwaves being monitored simultaneously. Besides for the equipment costs the software is expensive. I priced it a few years ago and it was around $5000.00 us. That was for a decent entry level unit and basic software.

I went for a sleep study a few years back and they had the good stuff in the monitoring room. When they got me ready, they did a check to see if all the sensors were getting a signal. Then they started recording my brainwaves. I first went into the meditative state I had been practicing. I wonder what they saw for the first 20 mins. or so. I forgot to ask the next morning.

@cetus the flowstate happens on this app when the yellow and green go up (theta and alpha). On this app you dont need coherence to be in flowstate. I don't know how accurate this thing is and if that's true or not. For instance here i was cleaning my house it said I was in flow state most of the time but the coherance was 0 percent. You can see the yellow and green are higher percentages while the others like logic are down go down from 40 to 20 or less. You can see the gamma is singled out in the flowstate on this app.

But what I found is that your theta and alpha waves will go on just by moving your eyes left to right. I tried last night and went in to flowstate just by looking to my left and holding it.

@Hojo O.K. I got it now. According to Alexa "flow is low level of alpha and high level of theta indicating heightened focus and concentration".

I know sometimes athletes/golfers and such train using biofeedback to help them "Get in the Zone".

What is infinite flow state? Are you talking about when you meditate? When you embrace stillness and silence, is this infinite flow state?

@Cathy92506 Its when you move your eyes from right to left. I just made it up cause it puts your brain into flowstate and you can do it as long as you want. If you do it your body will tell the universe you are in a flowstate. If you cant do it by sitting there then you can do that and the dream will read flow.

@Hojo Rocking your head back and forth or looking right to left has nothing at all to do with brainwaves. Something else is going on if there is a change on the monitor. The headband sensors are located on the forehead so you moving around is probably messing up the reading. If you want to get an accurate reading, try sitting still.
