Having complete loss of self and other comes with relief but also some Existential terror don't know who the people in my life. Are Anymore. Have cerebral Palsy on one level so no separation has been there Even before the vale was Lifted, does anybody have an advice on how to integrate this and get some stability backbooks/ideas?

You just have to know that God will take care of you. Look at your life till now did God ever leave you totally fucked? No you are here right now while having absolutely no control the entire time.

Cannot integrate something that's not really happening. The self is already not there;  never has been, never will be. Like your name suggests, it's just in your mind and also another illusion.

I am familiar with this "who are others" impression and existential fear. What helped me (still does)

Physical stuff, movement and / or things you can touch. Play an instrument, some hobbies, play with toys, walk barefoot, cuddle with human/ pet, etc etc. keep in mind to have fun doing whatever you choose to do:)

And then: simply time and patience.
