All I find is just random garbage, often AI, made with zero effort or creativity to farm views.

Is there some affirmations channel that puts some heart into their work?

It can be affirmations, mantras, guided meditation / whatever. I just need something to listen to when I want to relax and de-stress, while being too tired to do something proactive.
