Why working out is beneficial for longevity (systemic answer)

I will add that working out is important for developing what Ralston refers to as zen-body being. Just being in your body, comfortable, all that shit, like acrobats from Leo Blog or elite athletes, dancers, U Name It.. etc

Help to develop physical prowess and coordination, if you do ur practice mindfully. Bonus points if u do in nature. Epic hike. Run. Endurance. Like the Tarahumara Mexican Badass Mofos

You begin to concentrate on the very sensations of being alive that are located in your pumping heart, your bulging eyeballs, your ears, your hands and legs and feet and arms, and all of that culminates in the epic realization that is what Mikalkay Checkemeckachimanizai refers to as Flow state. It let's you focus on activity like lifting, running, biking, sport, whatever etc. SO INTENSELY THAT YOU ARE FULLY THERE, ONE WITH THE MOTION OF YOUR BODY
