Serious Anger Issues

When I get angry I say AND do a lot of stupid Shit and make things hard for myself. I am very sensible to Anger. What can I do about It?

ADHD, VERY high levels? EEG Says so.

On a clouded saturday evening I opened my EEG consolé only to get diagnosed with VERY high levels of innatentive type ADHD (TOO High for my likings) , will I fail at life? I do not know. Is that Love? Maybe so. But in the meantime much Good fun.

Yea my mother is high energy, implied, even agressive and suffer from insomnia; and my father is kind, hard working, avoid conflict, and almost hypersomniac.
