Actually I just read about it, the method seems to be pretty intelligent, you knock the rat out and when you break its neck you disconnect the spinal cord to the brain which creates a very fast death. The small motions dont nessecarily mean that the rat is still conscious, it can be the body reacting, like a chicken that this runs after its head is cut off. So if executed perfectly this creates relatively little harm but its hard to tell from the outside if it is executed perfectly.

I suppose if you knock it quickly and strongly enough on the head it will quickly die or go to into a coma without suffer that much.

If you think about it enough you will see that all animals rights has been created for humans interests. 

Animals don't have weight on the balance of power, don't work nor pay taxs etc so that's "normal" that they in fine have less rights than humans.

I regularly say here and there that ethic is fundamentally an delusional notion.

Trust it or not insomnia didn't increase my appetite but increased my libido.

My appetite is fairly big. I can eat, but never put on any weight. Even if I pig on icecream and pizza.

Even before your medication ? 

I can sleep 6 to 8h per night these days, i just have to pay attention to my mental speech and coffee. 

Btw i will probably buy some 2cb for my birthday lol  It's supposed to increase libido a lot, or at least "sensuality feeling" .
