I have nothing against breatharianism. I have something against how you defined the levels.

As for the legitimacy of breatharianism, even within a materialistic paradigm, you can have increased efficiency and behavioral modes within a system that would lower requirements for things like food. For example, if you have a very low resting heart rate, you are generally calm and not very stressed and you do things in a very consciously aware and streamlined way (like when practicing "active mindfulness"), I wouldn't be surprised if you needed only half of the food of somebody else of a similar size. The one time I spoke on the radio, I was starving a few hours later, probably due to the adrenaline. And definitely if you add on top of that a very "inactive" lifestyle where you maybe only sit and meditate for 12 hours a day (which certainly if you're in a samadhi, is also the most efficient way of "resting"), you probably don't need much of anything for days. And let's also not forget that somebody who weighs less of course needs less food by default than somebody else.

i copied it, it might not be the best.

i dont agree because breathearians do not eat anything. the fact that they have slower metabolism is only part of the explnanation

That's like four levels of logical error at once. My head.

That is very interesting.

Since the shift away from ego-identification in recent weeks, the mind has become remarkably quiet. Naturally, with less mental chatter, there’s also been less outward activity.

Less movement, less thought, this also means fewer calories burned. So the body, too, asks for less.

With the rise in awareness, there’s a heightened sensitivity to the body. Alcohol no longer sits well. Just the other day, while eating out, I felt a strong aversion to the sensation of being bloated. This naturally led to more mindful eating, smaller portions, slower pace, and no more unconscious snacking between meals.

It becomes clear: the closer one rests in the Absolute, the less the body demands. Awareness brings balance. It’s not about control, it’s simply what unfolds.

Easy choices, hard life. Hard choices, easy life.

Does meditating and fasting make you eat less over time? I have been meditating 2 hours a day for over 3 weeks and didn't notice a difference in the amount I ate. Last time I tried fasting 1x per week, I lost 10 pounds and I am already very skinny. I would rather not lose weight. I don't really think someone has gone 1 year without eating or drinking and still be alive. It seems like a story people want to believe or someone wants to feel special so they try to get people to believe they can and have done it. When I was a kid I thought I had breathed underwater but that didn't actually happen in reality.

Maybe the body can become the formless potentiality and pure consciousness. Light body.

what do you think about that? Bringing the Absolute down to the body embodying formless emptiness and light in the body  .

Breatharianism is how we rise above capitalism 🤔?
Transmute the material body into a light body. Achieve the breatharian state. When the body submerges in the absolute formless it becomes a light body.

true but you can make it faster. you just do breatherianism practice and then some meditation one. the energy that you get from faster will make your meditate better and then again you can fast more and so on till you are done

@TheSomeBody what was your breatharian process like

there are many processes, i followed elitom elamin but i stopped and now if follow jasmuheen. i prefer the slow options because they are not risky and have higher success rates. also you dont have to get to level 4. most of people are level 3 or 2 even. it is food freedom so slower is better

i think that there are other way to make material in the world. you can make any energy to any material and any material to any energy. idk how but it can work. i dont bother about theory that much, too much to deal with. just try it yourself and see, it is pretty safe.

idk because you still need shelter, internet, water to wash your body, friends, family, a car and so on.

it is certainly making phisical living more easy for sure

it is slow process, for me it is pretty good so far. also you need to move to lighter food overtime and it makes it easier.

you can start from 16/8 and move slower too or calorie restrictions and so on.

it is all depends on how much time you put into learning, the more you know the easier it gets . also safety first
