Lunchroom conversations

Pretend you are in a lunch room you have your head down on a table people are talking.  Someone says something you have a problem with and you lift your head to make a rebuttal then put your head back down. People keep talking and they say something else and you lift your head to make a rebuttal of what is being said and then you get into an argument with the person and feel like shit after and wish you never lifted your head.

Now take your mind you are in the lunchroom of mind with your head down on the table. Random voices and conversations are going on. You hear a thought that you do not agree with you metaphysically lift your head you add a rebuttal to the thought then put your head down. The conversations keep going it changes topic to something else. Now a thought comes you disagree with you metaphysically lift your head to rebute the claim your mind is making and maybe get into an argument with your mind and feel like shit after and wish you never lifted your head to respond to it. The metaphysical people in the lunchroom of mind are not real. Do not lift your head from the table to respond to any of it.

I attempted to pick up a girl during high school lunch break. I sat at her table uninvited, gave a long speech about my love for her, then immediately got my ass rejected.

This is what happened next:

It turns out, she didn't reject me because she didn't love me. Instead, she didn't want to embarrass her group of 6 guy friends that I am 100x more attractive than all them combined ;)

@Schizophonia yes it actually lengthens the thought loop. The rebuttal is adding to the loop. Next time the loops comes around it will have the rebuttal built in.
