Can kriya yoga spread the virus in your body?

So I have a bad cold and flu case and battling it since 7 days with the help of antibiotics and traditional methods like steaming and salt water gargling.

My question is that when we practice pranayam in kriya yoga are there any possibility of the virus spreading from the nose through the spine and back of your head ? 

Should I stop kriya practice in such times ? Cause my back is paining a lot today after 7 days and the fever and cold is almost gone, I hope I have not send the virus through the back of my spine because of pranayam..

Have doctors given you antibiotics for influenza? (flu virus). A bit uncommon but maybe a safety precaution against wider opportunistic bacterial infections

Infections do not spread like that unless the body is severely immunocompromised but you wouldn't expect to find viruses in cerebrospinal fluid affecting spinal column and brain. The backpain might simply be a common symptom of flu (join pain & stiffness). 

Give it more time, take it easy and it'll heal on its own

@Michael569 yes I completed two courses of antibiotics as the first one didn't cure me.

So I can continue to do breathing exercises of kriya right ?
