Change in Interest

I used to be a lot in Adwaita Vedanta , God consciousness , moksha , nirvana . 

and did not see value in normal Hindu rituals such as worshipping god with proper rules and what benefit it entails for the devotee

Recently after seeing that even if i get enlightened right now it wont change my life at all . 

So under guidance of a experienced hindu guru , i started worship of specific deity and life has changed a lot since then for good and also learnt lessons hard way . 

A lot of people , underestimate the power and potential of having connection with a deity by doing proper sadhna , and getting close to the deity to get its blessing

There are few hindus that consider everything useless except adwaita , and I heavily disagree with that . 

Everything has its place , and if you learn faster , get material / health benefits with the help of deity sadhna then there is nothing wrong with it .

It's true. The need for a map, because after relying on the self and want to escape the atrophy of society consciousness, mainly that chatter in the mind that is ego consciousness, one need a spirit guide, someone dead or a powerful egregore. 

 

People think they can do it by themselves and is enough, they are lied by ego consciousness. 

Ego consciousness (agent smith or mara in hinduism) will make for you spiritual experiences, awakening experiences, etc. You will go decades lying to yourself that you got enlightened and understand reality. Now guess what, there are few awakened in the world or none.

@samijiben I dont want enlightenment without having my material life sorted out . 

For sorting out material life , health physical and mental , well being of my loved ones Hinduism gives ways for it 

Thru tantra sadhna of deities , in the rigth manner.

Even tho a person might start sadhna for material benefits , you should not keep it material , you should develop love for the deity as well

@Tech36363 i see: But Hinduism is a twisted kind of material chasing because you're not walking away from the temple with bundles of cash, are you?

 

From a developmental perspective considering the things you might need at this stage in your life, wouldn't it best to just "get out there, champ!" Instead of trying to make it all work thru a theoretical system?

 

If what you seek is optimal survival, what's stopping you? Go make the bread. Go get the prize. 

 

THEN come back to yourself and admit it was all one big joke. You have been dangling meat on a string that is just inches away from your mouth. Run a little faster, And GRAB IT!

@samijiben i understand what youre saying but only if it was that simple bro . 99% you dont even control . being without the blessings of a deity is risky
