Have you ever dreamt you were liberated?

I dreamt it at least twice recently-ish.

It’s a good dream. Ego gone. Everything is just direct and lively.

And even there in the dream there is the struggle of trying to hold on because the self doesn’t want to be gone. Holding on letting go whoosh gone.

You can also be someone else in a dream. It rarely happens but did sometimes.

Im pretty sure I’ve never experienced that, but it shows how imaginary the identity can be

It’s similar on psychedelics. One time on shrooms or ayahuasca i felt like i was Jesus or a Hindu god and a lot of other stuff. One time i didn’t know anymore if i was me or my mother.

For me usually unfortunately i get too paranoid. It’s switching between hell and heaven and quite exhausting. That’s why i‘m kind of over them. I might do ayahuasca one time with a shaman but other than that no urge at the moment.

Follow what feels good to you. Yea I’ve heard it’s important to be in a good state. When I did some I was afraid to take high doses so I started small (I was alone too not the best for first time)

There’s a part in me that’s apparently very paranoid but i don’t know how to get to it. Triwd shdow work etc. It comes up a lot during psychedelics. If it’s childhood trauma, genetics, fear of losing control, just amygdala or brain chemistry or something else. Anyhow it doesn’t really matter.

But yea i prefer taking psychedelics alone i think as i‘m sensitive to other peoples energy and always think i have to take care of them.

As long as it’s not a hindrance in daily life. We all have our darkness

It is seemingly a hindrance. That’s how i got on this path of psychedelics and spirituality nonduality in the first place.

Buddha said life is Dukkha (suffering)

The one who seeks for the solution is the one who is suffering.

The one who sees problems everywhere is the "problem"

Maybe it’s just the paranoia of being a separate entity.

Anyhow this thing is going to play out how it plays out, already no control.

Yea it’s like problems comes with having a self it’s the source of problem.

I remember when I was a child and the sense of separation was stronger (sounds counterintuitive but that’s how it was for me) I had this existential anxiety that wasn’t related to any particular situation. So in your case yes it can relate to feeling separate, although it would be good to get clear about what it is specifically you’re paranoid about. If it’s something in particular because then you can tackle it better

Yes i think ultimately it comes down with a early deep belief of something being not right, something about me being not enough, others not being that safe.

Which seemingly stems from growing up in a not very stable home with a single mother who was overburdened and emotionally immature etc and so on.

In the story.

One time I was dreaming and in the middle of the dream a person randomly said are you ready? And then the entire dream turned into super fast spinning triangles and in the dream I stopped it. It was so weird even in a dream state I got scared.

Sometimes it's the journey itself that teaches/ A lot about the destination not aware of/No matter how far/
How you go/How long it may last/Venture life, burn your dread

Can I ask you what does it mean to be liberated. I honestly don't know. I can't even fathom the idea of me being liberated and liberated from what. Please answer, because I would really love to know what it's like for one to know that it's liberated and also libetated from what.

What you know leaves what you don't know and what you don't know is all there is.

At least you got some clarity about it
