Very easy way to see visions in sunlight

If you have an active imagination this should take you less than 10 minutes with focus

Sit in the sun with sun on face and close eyes. stare at a point and look at what you are seeing

There will be micro changes in the rays and your perception just start making shit up about what you are seeing

If you see something that remotely resemblances a flower say I see a flower if it changes to something else keep saying it.

After 10 mins now let go of the focus and take in more of your perceptual field and keep making up what you are seeing in the light.

The light will form into 3 dimensional images and videos.

I disagree, it's even easier to perform this technique than you make it out to be. You don't even need to sit in the sun.

To me smells are a powerful door; It can be the smell of freshness in the morning, a perfume that i rarely smell, etc.

One time when I was maybe 12 years old I closed my eyes and then I saw this vision of a blonde man staring at me , and it was in normal colors, I got scared so I quickly opened my eyes. To this day I don’t know what that was, who was he etc

From what I remember he had short hair like a regular guy haircut I don’t remember the details

It has only happened once (except during sleep paralysis then I can have visions). I see a doctor but I haven’t told them about this in particular

Maybe twice I also saw “shadow people” a black silhouette standing in the door way, floating across the room. I wonder if it was hallucination or genuinely some entity

If someone is serious about developing visions they would do fire kasina https://firekasina.org but there is stuff that would work better like gazing eyes open in a dark room for four hours every night and blowing on the sparks, lines, clouds, etc. 

Stamping, swinging the arms, and stuffing the physical body with the clouds creates echoes and copies of the body through the emanations.

Was it recent? I know someone who met an avatar of "Jesus Christ" in his hotel room followed by several synchronicities, it can go far when you go enough on this kind of spiritual rabbit hole.

No it was when I was under 10 years old . I was awake though so not during sleep paralysis, it was cool. I saw the same entity maybe twice

@Sugarcoat Yes they can be eerie and scary. Its like looking into a weird realistic 3d realm.
