Kundalini keeps telling me I am going to die. I think something is wrong with me.

Yes its speaking through my mouth but with a different tone.

I think my mudras represent the flow of qi / kundalini and they mean something because they seem to respond to the questions I’m asking or the emotions I’m feeling. They sometimes have a certain order but they change so rapidly it’s hard to memorize or recreate them

Very cool sharing, unlike anything I’ve heard before. Yea I don’t know for sure exactly what’s going on with you, but I think as long as it’s not causing you too many problems it’s something worth exploring. If it ever becomes too much you could reach out for help either by doctor although maybe they can’t help because they deal with conventional things, but just in case if it would be a misunderstanding from your part on what’s going on it can be worth a try. Other than that it was a good idea of writing about it here since there can be some knowledgeable people here although I’m not so knowledgeable in this matter at all so I don’t have too much to add. I myself am fascinated with my own experiences of for example sleep paralysis, some energies, dreams etc so it’s an area to explore. Also finding some spiritual teacher within this area could be a possibility. Other than that I think it’s a good idea what you said before about focusing also on more practical things in your life such as making money and finding friends (if you feel that desire). To create a kind of balance and then you could explore these unusual but interesting phenomena’s on the side.

The book called kundalini exposed has a well written section on how to ground yourself when things get intense like this. 

It includes  stuff like weightlifting, cardio, stretching, eating meat, etc.
