I have decided to start documenting my process of experimenting with out-of-body experiences (OBEs). I’m not sure if I have a predisposition for this, but it just seems to make sense for me. I have no specific expectations or goals besides experimentation and curiosity.

I might consider it a distraction from building a solid foundation for my life, but on the other hand, it’s an intriguing and unconventional activity to explore during sleep time, as long as it doesn’t interfere with getting enough rest.

My first OBE was described in this old thread:
 

I was inspired by the video below, recently being recommended in my feed after listening to  that Anika/Tristan Interview on New Thinking allowed.

In my opinion, these seminar videos could be much shorter; there is a lot of repetition. However, I must say that the guidelines provided are effective. I learned things I wasn’t clear on before.

Literally an hour after watching this video, I had an OBE that same night, just after the first cycle of REM sleep. I didn’t realize I could enter " the phase " immediately upon waking. I had always tried to do so as I was falling asleep, which seems to be the more challenging “direct method.”

From my experience, you can enter "the phase" in three ways:

• Catch yourself as you’re falling asleep and use subtle body separation techniques (direct method) such as rolling out, levitating, falling through the floor, or doing a crunch.
• Use separation techniques as soon as you wake up (easier, indirect method).
• Realize you’re dreaming mid-dream, gain control, and achieve your specific goals for the session. Techniques like reality checks, such as trying to poke through the palm of your hand with your finger, can help you realize you’re dreaming and gain control of the dream.

The video below explains that you have about one minute to cycle through various techniques before the window fades, and you’ll have to wait for your next REM sleep cycle.
 

 

OBE Report 07/09/24

My consciousness wakes up shortly after falling asleep ( 90 min of sleep ). I don't move a single muscle and realize it’s the moment to try body separation techniques. The first technique, rolling out to the side, works immediately. I had to push with my intent a little, reinforcing the thought of "yes, I want this to happen." I feel the usual turbulences, shaking, vibrations, and buzzing noise. I immediately stand up. My motor skills are uncoordinated, and I stumble a lot. Everything is pitch black; my physical sensations have transferred to my subtle body, but my sight hasn’t. I touch the walls as I stumble towards my bathroom mirror (the first mandatory goal for newbies once in the phase). I touch the mirror frame. It’s cold, and it’s still pitch black. I stumble towards my desk to complete my second task (eating something and tasting it). I didn’t have food prepared at that moment, so I just grabbed my zeolite nanoparticle spray and did a couple of sprays into my mouth. Of course, it didn’t taste like anything, but I did feel the moisture and spray noise. I now have a tube of honey at my desk for the next try.

I didn't have a third goal, I didn't see anything and I lost consciousness and woke up IRL.

Funny thing is, I had woken up in my astral body 180º opposite on the head-to-toe axis, which is how I usually lie in bed. This time, I was reversed but still woke up in the default way.

Lessons Learned:

Clumsiness, sluggishness, and poor motor skills are signs of a bad separation technique. Only partial separation occurred. I’m not sure how much of this is within my control or if it’s sometimes unavoidable.

Wake up the vision: I need to imagine my hands very close to my eyes, make rubbing or clapping noises, and feel them right there while imagining them into existence. If the vision wakes up but is blurry, I should scrutinize and focus on the details of my surroundings to deepen and sharpen the phase.

Have a third goal after the mirror and getting food. For now, let’s just say I want to fly in my garden or access some subconscious information as suggested in the video.

Had three short normal dreams tonight. I didn't manage to realize I was dreaming.

A good time of thumb from now on is instinctively realize reality checks when feeling fear or confusion, even irl, to embed the habit and do it while mid dream for me to go lucid

 

I'm on little sleep because I'm waking up at night to take the heavy metal chelator doses ( unrelated) and my mind is a little hyper. In a few days I expect some more concrete experiences.

 

If I feel intrusive paranoid thoughts creeping up, reminding myself that it's all my mind and not other entities is helpful. Whatever your mind focuses on becomes really in the phase,  that's why it's key to know how to deal with your thoughts and emotions. Getting in a blissful state works for dissolving negative emotions

this is the first time i hear someone say it actually worked for them:) tasting honey while asleep is a cool idea.

 

i experimented a bit some years ago and only got to the vibrational stage but never past it (starting in a waking state). then i've had a few experiences just before waking up in the morning. they were weird dream-like states but might qualify as out-of-body experiences, i'm not sure. usually these take place in my room and i think i already got up, then realise my body's still in bed. 

supposedly electricity doesn't really work in the astral realm....do you know if this is a reliable clue? i've had times when i checked my phone and it had died, or i couldn't see anything, tried to find the light switch and it was deformed....does this ring any bells for you, or is it completely unrelated to OBEs?:)

OBEs are most common just before waking up. That sounds like a random dream where you went lucid by realizing you're inside a dream.

Whatever you expect or imagine becomes reallity in that realm. If you think or belive electricity wont work, it wont work. You get lost in the dream and fall asleep from the lucid state if you dont have a plan of action and dont scrutinize the sensations inside the dream. Sensations are the fuel for mantaining the experience going. You need to have an action plan and consciously move towards it.

If you're interested, watch that 3 part series on OBEs, it will anwser most of your quesitons if you are curious. But if it's not something you're interested in, stay away. Playing with whacky ideas may be conunter productive for your quality of sleep.

I had 4 short dreams tonight. All of them slighly drama oriented. I didnt manage to go lucid by realzing im asleep. Im running on very low sleep because of consistently waking up at night to take the chleator doses. Low sleep seems to be conunter productive for OBEs

I woke up once mid night and as soon as I was conscious and without moving a muscle, I tried cycling body exit techniques as recommended, but they didn't work, whic is okay. Im suposed to cycle 3 techniques at least 4 times during that first minute of waking up, for around 5 seconds each. Commanding myself to " fall asleep deeper " + doing a body exit technique felt like was almost doing something ( as recommended actually recommended by Michael from the video above )

I feel the reason is that I genuienly feel a slight level of fear when doing it, and my intent is not 100% on spot. I can sense myself not really wanting to do it. 

I must truly 100% desire it, there is no way to deceive myself around this. I remember couple of days ago, I was in the same situation but I genuinely doubled down on the desire to do it, and I made it happen.

I finally got a good night's sleep after a week of waking up mid-night for dosing chelators and then couple of days of going to bed really late because I was out at SBK dance clubs


My first OBE of the night was by realizing I was in a dream mid- dream and then taking control over it.  This is the reallity check that worked for me : 

Dreams are notorious for not letting you generate any real force or speed when you try to punch.

So I was in a conflict with some random dream character, and I was struggling to move freely. I tried to puch him hard but my strenght was obviously capped ( I like to belive that at least lol ) and that insight made me go lucid ( realize I'm in a dream ) . 

I inmediately took control over my body and started flying. I stumbled upon one of my dance friends. She's not my type but I inmediately had the idea of having astral sex. I thought , hell nah,  I want a cuter girl . I had a specific name in mind , set the intent to see her. I teleported to a room but it happened to be empty   😔

The sensations of the astral body were starting to get weak. I reloaded the sensations by touching and scrutinizing the walls and rubbing my hands together in front of my face. It worked, I gave some more life to the realm , but I didn't have another plan of action so I just stood there and looked at at the floor, which happens to be a bad thing to do in the astral realm ( it will kick you out if you focus too strongly on a single visual sensation ) 

So with full awareness, I went from looking at the floor, to a smooth transition that morphed into staring and my bedrooms ceiling.

 

But by now I understand that false awakenings are very common ( you think you have woken up but actually you're still in The phase ) 

Even though It seemed I was awake, I tried body separation techniques. I try to roll out of my body. It works with a little effort, but I think I only did it partly because I wasn't moving very smoothly. I stumble towards by bathroom mirror. My vision wakes up. I look at myself in the mirror. At first glance I see myself , but then I had a thought in the back of my mind that said " maybe I'll look creepy in the mirror " and indeed, after that thought and further focusing on my face in the mirror, my face looked creepy and I got scared and woke up.

 

I didn't try to go for a third OBE but I should have. I fell asleep.

It took me about 3 hours of being awake to remember this had happened, woah .

TBH astral sex seems to be an amazing genuine motivation to master this skill. I can definitely sense how can I leverage that desire for mastering the astral realm. I may have to mark this thread as PG 18 eventually lol
If I truly sense this this is inapropiate behavior in the realm I'll look for something else to be my main focus, but it does not seem to be a problem at all.

But besides that, there are other cool things that you can do like " self - healing " ( taking some medicine and inmediately feeling the results, like a placebo on steroids )  and obtaining information  ( looking up some information online, asking someone or the best and most direct one, simply " remembering it " . There is so much more.

I went lucid mid- dream tonight again. I don't remember what the reallity check was. I remember I was at some social event with music and suddenly I was hugging with a girl that wasn't exactly my type, but thanks to these previous two experiences  ...  —

I used fused these two experiences together and I learned that I don't need to struggle to find the actual right person, As long as I encounter someone I can morph her face and body with my mind and intention. 

I experienced astral ED in that moment so nothing could happen LOL and I looked at her face for too long so the same as last time happened ( I started feeling I'm exiting the phase . it happens if you focus too strongly on a single visual for too long). I scrutinized and touched the walls and the floor with my hands to re-load on sensations but I exit with full consciousness regardless. I think reloading only on feeling sensations is not enough to keep up the phase . I need to pull out my hands and look at them and imagine all the details, and then another object or whatever and so on to keep the phase alive.

I forgot to try to exit my body right then and there again as recommended upon " waking up "  ( most likely it was a fake awakening) 



Next time I'll experiment with going to the mirror and pulling my own reflection out of the mirror. I'm curious if that works. Most likely it will sometimes work and sometimes it wont, depending on factors I don't understand.


Again, it's amazing how I forgot this for about 3 hours after waking up and then it hits me that all this happened. If i dont wake up mid night and remember and thigh through all of that it doesn't stick around my mind for long .

Tonight I've had my best one yet. I went lucid ( took control of the dream) by realized an item had an absurd level of magnetism that was out of place. It was a spatula that I was holding on to which was literally making me fly towards the ceiling.

I walked towards the first woman I encountered. I managed to change her eye color to blue and hairstyle to blonde by sheer willpower. I wasn't feeling particularly attracted to her and I tried to morph her into a specific person. It didint work. I insisted and I began starting getting kicked out of the realm.

I did deepening techniques. I rubbed my hands together in front of my eyes and looked at them . It worked and it made it twice as reallistic. I wasn't getting kicked out anymore. 

I didn't have a specific goal after that so I was going with whatever. I got into a car and started driving. It was dark inside the car which made my vision go black and I exit the dream.

I didn't try separation techniques upon awakening. I forgot to try. Most likely I could have went into another OBE right there as usual.

That experience lasted around 2 minutes in relative time, amazing ! I was capable of " re-fueling " on sensations about three times, whether by rubbing hands, feeling my body or scrutinizing objects around. It's important not to get stuck on a single experience happening or you will get kicked out. You need to keep going and for that you need a list of goals and objectives.

Holy sh1t! I definitely am able to stay in the Phase for longer, resist fading out of the Phase and make it more realistic by using deepening techniques. Tonight was one of the coolest experiences yet!

First OBE was right upon waking up. I rolled out of my body to the side . It didn't work initially but once I added rotating my eyes In that direction it worked immediately and I stood up. I tried to teleport to two specific women I had a crush on. It didn't work so I stopped trying.

I appeared in my room. It was dark. Too much darkness makes me start fading out of the phase for now. I went to the light switch but it didn't work. My intention was to make it bright and I willed it into existence over a few seconds. I didn't have specific goals in mind besides astral s*x so I just stood there like an NPC looking around lol

I started fading out ( feeling I'm exiting the Phase) and by now I Instinctively do Deepening techniques on command. I rubbed my hands together strongly and palpated my entire body. That gave life to my physical sensations. I closely observed my hands and the walls. The resolution went 4k from 360p

I looked at the mirror. I saw myself but the moment I looked myself in the eyes I had the thought that I may look creep and indeed, my face started looking more creepy ( beliefs and expectation creates reality here) . I became slightly scared and that caused me to start fading out again. I quickly removed my gaze from the mirror and stabilized my connection in the phase by more deepening techniques ( feeling my body increases physical sensations, closely inspecting and scrutinizing objects increases the vision resolution)

My window was open but I have a giant mosquito net on it. I couldn't move go it because I expected not to be able to go through it. I stood at the window frame and looked into the night sky and moon. It could see the starts and moon. It was beautiful.

I couldn't think of anything else to do ( wtf bro ) and I exit the phase. That lasted about 2 min in relative time. Amazing progress from the usual 20 seconds at most.

Immediately upon "waking up" in my bed I tried exiting my body again and it worked!

I rolled out of my body doing a dolphin dice forward in the head to toe axis , woah

I was in my room again. I wanted to exit my room but it was dark. There is no light switch in the corridor. I close the door. It seems that sometimes there are what seems to be other beings in the Phase. My older brother who hasn't lived in the house with us for years entered the room. He couldn't see me. He went to the bathroom. I wanted to try to enter his body to see what happens but he was a about to use the toilet so I just turned around and exit the realm.

I woke up and accidentally moved my physical body in the bed. Sometimes it's a fake movement that you dream, so I tried to exit my body once again just to be sure, but it didn't work. I was awake for real.

It was 6 AM and I felt extremely well rested. I just lied in bed taking in the whole experience until I fell asleep again.

 

The last OBE was absolutely amazing. I went lucid mid dream by a reality check I don't remember.

Immediately I did deepening techniques. I scrutinized objects and rubbed my hands. The resolution went 4k from 360p

I wanted to try flying , and boy it worked.

I was in front of a couple of people in some argument and I just flew off, but I had the instinct to supercharge my flying by blowing out air hard

!!!!

I started flying into the air at a speed of what I imagine 300 Km/h to feel like. I went at least 100 meters into the air. One of the people from the group stated chasing me. I was flying for a good 30 seconds with full consciousness and sensations. I could feel the cold wind going through my skin. I could see the. Vast fields around. That was so mind-blowing.

That other person wouldn't stop chasing me. My bad for paying too much attention to him. A hard rule seems to be the more you pay attention to something or someone the more it persists.

I left the phase. I woke up

Woah. I feel this is just the beginning. So cool

Entered the phase twice in a row yesterday. I fell through the bed as a technique. It was very blurry and I got kicked out back to back in spite of deepening techniques. Weird. It seems that that dimension/s aren't completely constant

This is the closest I've been to having astral sex. I'm beginning to see certain patterns and understanding that dimension more.

I went lucid at the end of a super long dream that was pretty weird. I was being chased by someone and It was basically that hide and seek game where I was camouflaging as objects. It came to a point where it was ridiculous and that made me go lucid.

I started flying to escape that situation and went through the floor without knowing where I'm going. All of the sudden I entered a massive party cave with maybe close to 2000 people. I could see the entire thing with my eyes.

I started looking for a girl. There was an open air bar. I flew closer to some girls sitting on bar stools. They didn't recognize my presence.

I kept flying. I could see hundreds of people. Two women were walking in front of me. They were in a cheerful mood, maybe early 30s. You would think I'm this dream world it would be just all hot babes but they were just okay. I approached one of them by flying closer and putting my arm around her shoulder and looking into her eyes.

I basically communicated my intention of having sex. She was still cheerful and told me she has COVID 19 in a playful way. I felt it was a shit test and I said that I love COVID 19. She giggled and we hugged. I could really feel her body. I touched her belly and put my finger in her belly button. I could really feel it. She was super thin and I loved it 

I grabbed her by the elbow and together with her friend we started walking into a venue bar/club. I was beginning to exit the realm so I did deepening techniques: rubbing my hands together, clapping, touching my body... I looked down and could see my legs for the very first time. I even had an astral erection and could feel my astral Johnson.

I couldn't find a place to isolate ourselves in the venue and I was feeling that everyone was watching us. I started beginning to exit the realm. I think it's because it was already 10 Am. Sun was shinning , my eye mask had skipped and there was construction noise... !! Damn 

You would think that it that dimension you can get away with whatever you want,  but there seems to be a certain logic to things.

Other beings need to recognize your presence, you need to communicate your intention by whatever way and they need to give you consent. And it seems that you need a private space as well for now so you accidentally don't feel feelings of shame that could get you kicked out of the realm. You need a degree of civilized behavior. You can't just go around sexually harassing others like you'd think you can get away with in the Astral realm. That will get you kicked out. You also can't manifest or control everything. There are certain parameters that you need to work with. Yes you control thins with your intent and your mind, but it doesn't seem to be absolute as of for now.

That's so cool. Looking forward to learning more about the phenomenon. I'll look into My big TOE book and other online info. Maybe there are some more guidelines and I don't need to test everything from scratch

It happened 👏

Tonight I lost my astral virginity lol

I was having a dream where I'm getting constantly chased by my brother and group of friends. They cornered me and I "woke up". 

I hadn't moved a muscle and my eyes were still closed. I started doing body exit techniques. 

Rolling out didn't work by itself, but it immediately worked once I rolled my eyes together in the direction I was rolling my subtle body towards.

I exit with my physical sensations in the head to toe axis which seems to be the most complicated way but it worked.

Everything was dark but I could feel my arms and that I was standing in the floor.

I gently opened my eyes and started seeing. It was blurry and low resolution. I rubbed my hands together and felt my body to increase bodily sensations. I looked closely at my palms of my hands to increase clarity and resolution. It worked.

As I was feeling exiting my body and the turbulences that come with it I was imagining a girl I had a crush on some time ago.

When I appeared in the Phase, I appeared inside a room facing a door. As I'm opening the door I'm thinking about her . It's a door to the outside. A couple of people are siting on bar stools. I look at the girl face sitting in the most right and it's not my crush but the hottest girl I know ( from sight , I don't know her in person ) from a latin dance club I go often to. I'm super excited as she has the body of a goddess.

I walk towards her, tap on her shoulder and communicate the intent of having sex. She said what??? Me?? Yess!! Of course 

We walked away from the group of people and I don't want to get too graphic but I can say that I undressed her, and could feel and see her naked body . It was beautiful. She literally didn't have any weight so I could move or pick her up easily.

I felt the pleasure just as if it was real. The only thing that was unrealistic ( I like to believe ) was me lasting 5 seconds before reaching climax. It wasn't very explosive but I'm satisfied for it being the very first time in the Astral realm

It makes me excited for the possibilities. But to be honest now that's out of the way I'm more excited to explore other things.

I want to try some techniques I've read about , to prolonging my stay in the phase by imagining a protective bubble around me to resist being pulled back , or imagining sending roots into the floor work my feet, or holding onto objects 

And the one I forgot was breathing very mindfully and coordinate the breath with every movement. I truly believe that's the key to staying in longer

So for all the incels that may be reading this, there is hope for you!!

I'm so excited!! I just had the idea of trying to astral project inside the Astral realm and upon research it's apparently a thing!!! I'll report after I get some experience.

If things seem unclear or you feel unstable, use verbal commands like, “Clarity now!” or, “Increase focus!” to stabilize the projection.

 

 

3. Use the Rope Technique (Within the Astral State)

 

You can apply the rope technique even while in the astral state:

 

Imagine a new rope above you in your current astral body.

 

Mentally grab onto the rope and pull yourself upwards, just like you would in your first projection. This action can help you "leave" your current astral layer and move to a deeper one.

 

 

4. Roll Out from Your Current Astral Body

 

While in your astral body:

 

Visualize yourself rolling out of it, just like you did to leave your physical body.

 

Feel yourself separating from the current astral body and moving into a new state or layer.

 

 

5. Shift Your Focus to a New Dimension

 

Focus on the idea of exploring a deeper or different layer of the astral plane.

 

Command yourself to "shift" by saying something like, "Take me to the next dimension" or, "Shift deeper into the astral plane."

 

Feel your surroundings change, and let your awareness move to this new space.

 

 

6. Spin or Fly Upwards

 

You can use spinning or flying as a method to transition to a new layer of astral projection:

 

Begin to spin around quickly or float upwards into the sky or space. This action can cause a shift in your consciousness, bringing you to a different astral layer.

 

As you spin or fly, focus on the intention of reaching a new dimension or deeper astral layer.

 

 

7. Jump into a Portal or Mirror

 

Look for a portal, door, or mirror in your current astral surroundings:

 

Visualize yourself walking or jumping through it, using it as a gateway to enter a new layer of projection.

 

As you pass through, expect to leave your current astral body and enter a new one, transitioning into another projection.

 

 

8. Command Projection Within the Astral

 

While in your current projection, you can directly command yourself to project further:

 

Say something like, "I want to leave this body and go deeper" or, "Take me to a higher astral realm."

 

This can trigger the shift to a new astral body or dimension.

 

 

9. Visualize a New Scene

 

Close your astral eyes and visualize a completely different scene or environment. Focus intensely on this new place:

 

As the visualization becomes clearer, allow yourself to be "pulled" into the new space, effectively leaving your current astral layer and entering a new projection.

 

 

By practicing these techniques, you can project within your current astral projection, experiencing a shift to deeper layers or new dimensions. Each time you go deeper, maintain your focus and awareness to continue exploring.

I had never " closed my eyes " or blinked in a lucid dream before. I can willingly close my eyes in the dream and it allows me to walk through objects if otherwise blocked. I belive this may be also a way to materialize whatever I want or even teleport inside the lucid dream. I'll keep y'all updated

I can confirm closing my eyes works for walking through " physical objects" and / or teleportation.

Tonight as I rolled out of my body I wanted to try to see if I could use a mirror as a portal to teleport out of my room. I ran and smashed myself into it lol. I tried again with closed eyes and I teleported into a new reality. I set my internet  to teleport in front of a specific woman and it worked ! -- it wasn't that person though

Astral sex is sorta addicting but a real motivation to keep up this practice, so I guess I'll need to burn through that karma as this is sort of distraction myself from further exploration of the Astral realm

Big progress was made today. And I say today and not tonight because It happened in the morning after i had been awake for hours. I had 4 out of body experiences in a row, in a time span of about of an hour and a half , all on the way INTO sleep instead of coming out of sleep like I have usually done. WOAH! These have been the most vivid and realistic yet. I've learned and enjoyed so much ! 

 

I woke up around 7:30 AM and did house chores. 9 AM came and I felt a little tired and decided to lay down in bed, without the intention of falling asleep. I put on my overhead earplugs and eye mask.  I was having a pretty clear mind and could imagine and think pretty clearly for my standard, so the intention was to enjoy that as I lay in bed.

As I was thinking with my eyes closed,  I was imagining and seeing things more and more vividly and what usually are just simple short thoughts and mental pictures, started becoming a burst of multiple Microsleep's. 

AND IT WAS IN ONE OF THOSE BRIEF MOMENTARY MICROSLEEP bursts that I realized that I was not in the " real physical world" but I was in an Imaginary world " , I inmediately became lucid and took controll over my body -

Comment : It's absolutely essential to have a couple of goals when you get in the phase, or otherwise you will get lost in random stuff and lose consciousness and fall asleep. You must remain intentful and on the go. What naturally comes to me is my desire to interact with girls, which is very rewarding and authentic for me at this point.

 OBE #1 - I appeared into a house party at late night. There was a lot of people. I saw a girl I know from sight. She's extremely cute. I grabbed her by the hand, pulled her into me, looked her into her eyes and smiled. She gave me the biggest anime eyes and smiled back. I didn't want to rush having sex this time. I wanted to explore the interaction and realm more. By now I know having sex is prone to getting me out the phase because it's such a strong experience. I took off her top and we made out a lot. It felt very realistic both in feeling and sight. Something that's obvious but not so obvious is that for sex to happen I need to get hard, otherwise we are just grinding on eachother, so of course it won't happen until I'm excited. I didn't think it mattered in that realm but it does.

There was a different girl close to us but she was with a guy. I reached out with my hand regardless and she smiled but she didn't join us. I'll try that one next time.

We walked around the house and we walked towards a dark room. I told her I cant go there or I will dissapear. We turned around. She left me for a second. I said that if she wants to leave she's free to go. She said she doesn't want to leave me as she went to the turntable to put in a new CD.
As I turned my back again to see her everything went black and I " woke up " 

 

A big insight I've had is that geometry is non-euclidean in that realm.If you look forward at a wall. Turn around 360 degrees and look again at the same wall, It won't neccesary be the same again. You can create a new reallity as the edges of your vision go into nothingness ( you may have a field of view of 200º horizontally at a time and 100º vertically , so you dont capture a full 360 of everything at once, therefore there are blind spots. as you look away and into these blindspots, a new reallity can generate ) 

Another take away is that consistency is not as consistent as in the physical world. If you try to go trhough a wall or a window, and it doesnt work the first time, it doesn't mean that if you try again it won't work. That one was mindblowing. It was just an assumption I was carrying from the " real world ".

OBE#2 happened right after the first one. As I woke up, Inmediately tried to roll out of my body. I was in my room. It was very dim and dark. Darkness makes me get kicked out so I set the intention of making it bright as I touched and palpaped my body to make sensations more vivid. It worked. I wanted to get out of my room through my window. The mosquito net didnt let me ( again ) .

I tried again. Nothing. I tried again, this time I went through! Haha! What a funny logic. I was in my garden and I started flying. Initially I knew the area ( my neighbourhood ) but eventually everything was different ( non-euclidean geometry was sick here ). I jumped on top of my house, and on the other side was a 300 meter fall down!!!! I was scared but I jumped anyways. If I didn't manage to calm myself down I'd get kicked out. I started fluing at a speed of 200km/h or so. It was amazing. I could see everything and feel the cold wind through my body. I was flying around the town looking for a woman but all the houses were empty. I realized I need to consistently check for my entire body . Sometimes I get kicked out for aparently no reason but that this time as I was flying 200km/h, I looked down and my legs were tied up in a pretzel. OFC! I had just jumped from 300 meters high lol. It was okay until I had noticed it. So making sure my entire " suble body " is doing fine is important I guess

OBE #3 was more of a dream didn't go entirely lucid. I exit my body but sort of lost consciousness and was just going on autopilot. I was fighting a skunk that was running around my room with a shovel. I accidentally picked it up with it, flipped it into the air and it landed on me. that " woke me up ".

 

There was one more, but I dont remember right now. These memories sometimes fade if you dont write them down inmediately, and later throughout the day they hit you out of nowhere.

 

I want to try to astral project inside the astral projection. I forgot to try that. Or as I feel I'm fading out, close my eyes and try to teleport somewhere.

Or Imagining that protective bubble I was talking about , or " rooting down " or holding onto objects .

 

I want to try again. I'll keep y'all updated.

Found a perfect example for this. The Astral realm has a degree of this, although there is some permanence.

I've been having some minor astral projection OBE's here and there but not worth sharing... But tonight...

Holy sh^t.

HOLY SH^^T.

The second one of the night was the absolute most profound experience I've yet had in astral projection. I still can't believe it.

The first one was a little scary.

I gotta say, I never believed in mainstream entity descriptions like "succubus." I thought it was just human fantasies and BS, but given my pattern of astral sex being the first thing I pursue once I get into the realm and the experience I just had, the "succubus" description is way too accurate to dismiss.

I got into the phase by rolling out of my body (my go-to technique). I appeared in an open-air karaoke. Some song I knew was playing.

I walked by a very attractive young woman, she looked 20 at most, standing around by herself. She was blonde and had a few tattoos. I didn't like that she had a tiny little bit too much arm hair, like Spanish women sometimes do. We made eye contact, and in spite of her being physically irresistible to me, I immediately had a feeling that something was off. She looked sus , just standing around like that. She had that facial expression of a person that's hiding their intent or not being completely genuine, where your gut feeling tells you something isn't right.

I tapped her on the shoulder and asked if she was going to sing. Before even answering, she immediately grabbed me, and we started walking arm in arm toward the boombox. She said in an innocent voice, "Yes, but you're going to sing with me, right?" I hesitated because I'm not very confident in my singing skills just yet, but I said yes. She said, " song X is playing right?" I said no, It's " rewrite the stars".

She jumped down into this one-meter-deep concrete pit where the boombox was. As she was down there to ask for a song for us to sing, a random guy joined me and sat down at the edge of the pit. It was a tight space, so when the girl came back to jump up out of the pit, she struggled a bit to get on top. After jumping a few times, she sloppily sat down next to me with her butt touching my legs, but she played it off. The other guy was there being boring asking dry boring questions, so we stopped talking to him.

Her body was absolutely irresistible. She wiggled her butt a little trying to accomodate herself and I could feel it. She started coming closer to me. I closed my eyes but still could hear and feel everything. She put her butt against my crotch, then her mouth over my left ear, and started gently moaning. I could feel the farmth of ther breath on my ear.

It was beautiful and a heavenly experience for the first few seconds, but very soon her moaning turned into a very high-pitched, inhuman scream that was damaging my hearing and felt like it was draining my energy. I almost fainted, but I managed to summon enough willpower to fish-hook my finger into her cheek at my ear and pull her away. An example would be: it's the kind of willpower you need to summon when you're incredibly sleepy but have to get up to open the door, or your child fell out of bed or some other emergency.

I had sex with her anyway after that for a few seconds because why not (vengeance, lol) -- but she disappeared in no time and morphed into a different girl I didn’t like that much. Then I exited the phase.

I feel that succubus experience is the astral equivalent of a parasite. I've experienced similar things before but during sleep paralysis (an attractive female thing laying on top of me or hugging me but making it very difficult for me to breathe, almost choking me).

Fully conscious of what had just happened, as I had just woken up microseconds ago, I decided to try to exit my body again. Rolling out didn’t work initially, so I paired it with "falling asleep" for a second and then rolling out -- and it worked extremely well.

As I exited my body and fell through the floor, I was propelled to a speed of a million times faster than light. I was traveling through space and galaxies at an absolutely unfathomable speed. Entire galaxies were flashing by me left and right.

As my libido was satiated, and being the curious person that I am, I said to myself, "Now show me aliens." I set that as my intention.

I gotta say, I was a little scared at first because I didn’t want to have the experience of being on an alien ship (this had happened to me before, but in a "normal common dream," not consciously being fully in control nor knowingly exiting my body). I saw some humanoid-like tall green creatures looking and inspecting me, but I don’t take this too seriously.

Nothing happened for like 10 seconds, and it was pitch black. I had to quickly overcome my fear, or it wouldn’t work, to reassure myself that I actually wanted to experience this.

Eventually, I opened my eyes in what seemed to be a late-night american diner. I was immobilized, laying on my stomach on the floor, facing forward, looking at a screen. There was a tall lady who seemed to be in charge. There were some people sitting at the tables. There was one grumpy but witty old guy sitting at the table closest to me looking our way.

The woman turned on the screen, and for what felt like 5 minutes, as I was laying there, she ran me through about a dozen creatures of different civilizations. She narrated their features and their names. I saw them in full resolution and understood everything she was saying. I remember being absolutely shocked and astonished at what I was seeing and hearing. My jaw was dropped the whole time, and I don’t know how I didn’t wake up from the sheer awe. I was absolutely flabbergasted but very grateful for the experience. The lady mentioned something about these being the representatives of the intergalactic alliance or something along those lines, and that maybe I could be one too.

As I regained mobility, I walked up to her, put my hands on her hips, looked her in the eyes, and with teary eyes said, "Please let me know when I’m mature enough to work for you." She nodded her head while looking at me, but it felt like she was saying, "Yeah, you’re absolutely not," lol.

I walked around the diner and had small talk with some of the people there. It was a very friendly environment. After about  what felt like 10 minutes total, I started feeling like I was being pulled back into my physical body. I said out loud, "I think it’s time for me to go." But my experience there was so vivid and strong that I was having trouble getting back. It felt like trying to fall asleep when you’re very awake, but yet falling asleep for a microsecond here and there.

I asked for guidance from the people/creatures around me. Everyone seemed to understand what was going on with me. I said, "How do I do this?" A different guy from one of the tables told me to rub my hands very fast to heat them up and then rub them on my chest.

It didn’t really work at all, and I think he was just trolling me, or he didn’t know and was speaking out of his ass, lol. About 30 seconds later, after intermittent increasingly " falling asleep for a microsecond" experiences it felt like I finally died but in a very painless way,  or like I  fell asleep in a slightly brutal way. It felt like a very natural, organic instinct took over that knew how to get back to my body. I imagine it’s like when women give birth -- their body just knows how to get it done. Or when you puke, your body just knows subconsciously what muscles to twitch.

My body crumbled, and I fell through the floor. As fast as I was traveling before, I traveled back three times faster. I regained consciousness in my body, still retaining some memory of the creatures I had just seen.

All I remember is one of the civilization potentially being called something like "Hatuki." I remember one creature that looked like the Tangela Pokémon but pinkish, with no eyes and no legs, gliding smoothly using all its tentacle-like limbs. I also remember a mechanical crab/dog hybrid that walked laterally, made of very thin, almost two-dimensional flat pieces of metal or aluminum. It was a very foldable creature. Somewhat like a Origami Cyber-dog.
I don't know which of these civilizations / creatures were more or less intelligent than us.

I feel like I remembered more as I initially woke up from that astral projection, but I only THOUGHT I had woken up for real. It was a false awakening (a very common experience). as I was still in the phase and it was another out of body experience.

I immediately stood up  from my bed to grab a piece of paper to write down what the f^ck I had just experienced, but...  it was just another out-of-body experience. As I walked around my house, some whacky stuff started happening. Eventually, I lost consciousness, and when I woke up, I remembered way less.

Holy crap.
