Last autumn/winter I a couple of times got this weird thing where it felt like electricity was shooting through the back of my head. I’ve never experienced anything like that, and it was different from the energy I can feel during sleep paralysis vibrations. I googled and apparently it can be stress related. (Called “brain zaps”)

8: About ego death and psychedelics

Can psychedelics only cause ego death temporarily, aka give you glimpse, or could they have a lasting effect? I wonder how much would be needed to become permanently enlightened. Maybe it's possible, if I remember correctly, didn't Martin Ball become enlightened through 5 Meo DMT? 

What if one did something crazy like trip 500 times in a row. Just kept on tripping day after day on breakthrough dose waiting for the temporary breakthrough to become permanent. What if it's possible, maybe no one has ever done it. Maybe it's dangerous for the body to take so much. I wonder who has taken the most psychedelics, and if that person is enlightened. 

Psychedelics seem to me the most effective method for enlightenment because they can instantly cause ego death.
