Forget the enlightenment, let the moment fullfil you, smell the roses, help the others, pet the animals, appreciate what you have, stop arguing, be like a selfless prophet, be the moment, be with everything and everyone. This is the Golden key. You will be in the ocean of heaven. You ain't in the world, you are in the ocean of heaven. What a love, what a beauty this existence. What a beauty to talk to you and share with you. 

Don't chase the enlightenment you are already what you are. Already. Just love, just love, do not regret anything when you die. Fullfil every moment with love.

Open your heart, only way to realize you are in heaven.

I think we all know here that self-help doesn't work, it's a scam. Telling someone to love everything is very good, especially to seem very elevated and fulfilled, but anyone a little smart will see through this kind of affirmations.

Telling someone full of anxiety, fear, hatred, shame, to love sunrises and their peers is very inauthentic. It only leads to falsehood and frustration.
