  2. I eat around 3 handfuls a day, more than the recommended. Haven't had any issues.
  3. After many biohacking adventures and a twinkle of insight, my conclusion is that powder-this, supplement-that... You don't need all this garb. Eat healthy whole foods and maintain a calm mind and ya gravy.
  4. Stress is bad for you. Junk food is bad for you.
  5. I don't eat meat because: Eating meat, I take on the emotional and thought energy of the animal which are negative if factory farmed I value the animal's life more than the acquired taste of it (my pallete for vegies and simple whole foods increased enough to where I don't miss the taste of meat anymore, even though it still smells good) Takes a lot work and time for the body to digest compared to fruit and veggies It's not nutritionally necessary (scold me trust-the-science meatlovers )
  6. maybe its easier to stop complicating things
  7. Pretty much what Kensho said. The best answer IMO is the answer that comes from your heart. It may even get to the point where you realize it's not worth diving into it so you can gently pass on it and move on in the conversation like the question is nothing.
  8. Have had crazy love-inducingness listening to Vuela Con El Viento
  9. In spite of having done all the books, journaling, videos, exercises etc... I've often found myself out of the lazy slump into driven by more action, less think. Most recently it has been jumping into copy editing which is one of those activities that when I do it, I lose track of time because I love it so much. Also doing work that earns stable income gave a big momentum / motivation boost out of financial whackery. You got this.
  10. No wokkaz. It was challenging. Did push past some limits though by holding it out for so long. Was also interesting to see my recurring thoughts since I was with my own mind for such an extended period of time. I've decided it isn't the sadhanna I will focus my efforts into however, not to stray anybody else away from it. The first one I wasn't as committed. I just did it try something new since I was travelling in Thailand. The second time round was years later, this time seriously committed to the Truth, so I put more effort in and valued it more. Got a little more out of it.
  11. 15mg-25mg seems to be the go for most (necessary disclaimer: start super low, all batches can be different etc...). Plugging is done with HCL not freebase, but pretty sure there is something you can do with the freebase to make it pluggable, but I'll leave that to an adept to answer.
  12. Yes. What's preventing you is not yet understanding how to do it. Once you meet and spend enough time with a Guru like Maharaji, in the flesh, your mind will expand to this being a real possibility if it isn't already
  13. Yes. Around 3am - 5am is prime time for meditation. Even more prime during a full moon. In spite of the superstition around the moon, it's a thing :). Buddha was born on and awakened during a full moon.
  14. I had my first awakening from reading the Actualized Textbook, compiled by Sepzue and other forum members. Another awakening from reading the 'inner voice' section in Peter Ralston's Genius of Being.
  15. Been to two now with the most recent being a month or so ago. Don't mix the technique with anything like psychedelics, especially if this is your first time, just do the technique, nothing else Stick it past day 2, don't listen to your mind making up all these excuses, it becomes easier Bring the stuff you need to sit comfortably (it may be more than you expect, bring pillows, mats, cushions, extra jumpers etc)
  16. God in human form is an avatar. They are attached to nothing, are exemplars of 100% pure selflessness, and often have what would be considered supernormal abilities. There are living avatars today. Ram Dass has great stories about avatar Baba Neem Karoli in his book Miracles of Love, and Yogananda alot of great stuff he shares about avatars (including his Guru Sri Yukteswar) in his commentary on the Bhagavad Gita.
  17. Any concern about neighbours?
  18. Normally feel like moving, thinking, and listening to music while walking around on acid. But looking to get serious. For those of you who have God-realized on LSD: Did you do any prep work a few days prior, and if so, what? What was the setting like when you realized? (environment) Was it at the peak of the trip? Did you mix it with anything?
