  1. Regardless of who wins, we have to protect the American constitution. We have to stand tall for liberty. Embracing freedom is a good thing. I'm happy even if Trump loses, as his supporters will continue to elect republicans in the congress to protect our liberties. USA is a nation under God. It has to stay that way.
  2. Yes. I agree with that. On the other hand, as humans, we have to be guided by a certain set of values that ensure freedom, peace and stability. For lack of better workds, an ordered society. Enlightenment gives you accurate perception over the world and it's essential for your mental health. It's not a fairy tale story where suffering ends as you're surrounded by rainbows and butterflies. When you're enlightened, you know what thoughts and emotions really are, as you developed an accurate perception of reality. With that being said, we still have to work to preserve an ordered society because the dual nature of reality is inescapable. It's okay to be spiritual and seek the real meaning of life. After a while, you'll understand that 'just being' is the meaning of everyting. But you still have to participate in society and contribute to it for the purpose of making the world a better place.
  3. Yes. You'll plunge into the Dark Night of the Soul, a phase where the meaning of life is no longer valid. All of a sudden you're depressed and can't stop looking for the meaning of life. You're so discouraged that you start to believe it's a non-escaping phase. You're deluding yourself, of course. Don't act on it and be patient. It will pass. Then you step into awareness and everything falls into place. Life becomes meaningful once again. But it has a a different kind of meaning; an awakened one. The bottom line is this: spirituality is good for the individual until he gives up on society and stops making contributions to those around him. When people become passive, no longer maintaining an ordered society, it's guaranteed that everything will in fact crumble.
  4. Hello. I've stumbled upon a beautiful, life-changing quote. "Art is the expression of the profoundest thoughts in the simplest way." ― Albert Einstein After contemplating this quote intensely and making connections to mastery topics, I realized that all succesful people have this skill: articulating understanding in a simple manner. @Leo Gura, for example, knows how to articulate understanding in the simplest way possible. He uses basic words when he formulates an argument. Leo has a great skill. And I believe he's entitled to it becuase he struggled his whole life to develop the skill. You can be the smartest person on planet Earth, having the biggest IQ in the population, but if you're not able to teach other people your skills in a crystal-clear manner, you won't be able to make a difference. Anyone here struggling with the development of communication skills?
  5. Okay. Fine. From NBC News, a broadcast company that doesn't like Trump: https://www.nbcnews.com/politics/white-house/here-s-full-list-donald-trump-s-executive-orders-n720796 It's only a small part of Trump's accomplishments. I don't want to persuade anyone here to vote for Trump. If you like Joe Biden, vote for him.
  6. Yes. I agree. Trump says a lot of awful things. He can't help himself and keep his mouth shut. Trump has a horrible character. It comes from the way he was raised as a kid. He had a cold, harsh father. Anyway, I don't vote based on people's characters. We're all flawed creatures. I vote based on policy. Trump is one of the worst presidents in terms of character, but he did lots of great things for America.
  7. First of all, I'm not a Christian. I'm not even a religious person. I only talk about what's happening in sociey, after careful observation. I'm using logic and rationality. What you see on TV regarding Trump's presidency is hyperbolic, theatrical and made up. We live in the golden age, having access to food anytime we want, medical care and not to forget to mention, access to Internet. We have to be alble to make the difference between the televison world and reality. What you see on TV has nothing to do with the real world, where people wake up every day, go to work and have fun in the weekends.
  8. Those Christian conservatives don't "knock-knock" on your door to impose their ideology on you. They might try to persuade you, but surely not forcing you to adopt their worldview. They let you live your life freely, according to your preferences. When you talk about "evil", I just don't see any Christian group linked to the concentration camps found in North Korea or any other place for that matter. The hatred you talk about is only on TV. You'd be better off if you'd stop watching the mainstream media. When you wake up in the morning, open the window of your room, and enjoy what's found outside: the peaceful reality you live in. Stop believing lies about Christian conservatives. They fought in World War II and killed Nazis. They fought the Korean war and liberated South Korea from communism, which is now the most prosperous country in the world; Samsung, Hyundai, LG. I'm not saying that Trump is a perfect man. He has many flaws. His character is awful. He's a narcissist. Yes! It's true, but I wouldn't vote on character, I would vote on policy. Freedom is not a human instinct, it's a value that must be taught and cultivated all over the world. It's not about left or right. It's about America, my friend! And if you're triggered about what I'm saying, stop for a second and realize that I'm your friend. I want you to live in a free country and be successful to be able to help your fellow human beings.
  9. We can't know for sure who's gonna win the 2020 election, but I believe Trump has a bigger chance as the USA still remains a Christian nation. All I can say is this: Trump is on the side of freedom. He believes in humanity. If you really want to understand how a Christian conservative thinks, read books like "The Plegue" by Albert Camus. We're constantly preoccupied with good and evil. We want to eradicate evil from the face of the Earth. We have a historical radar for dictatorship, that's why we hate evil so much. I love freedom. I don't want the state or the government to tell me what to do, what is allowed and so forth. Human beings must be free, that's why the American constitution is so important. America is not a perfect country but is certainly the greatest nation from all the other nations on Earth.
  10. Hello. It's a Tucker exclusive interview. I would like to know yout thoughts on this interveiw, where everything Tony talks about is verified. Tucker Carlson rarely does interviews, but this one was pretty interesting so he couldn't help himself and aired it.
  11. @PlasmicProjection, thank you from the bottom of my heart. It makes me so happy to see people who think logically in the realm of politics. You're not only logical, but you're also simply wise. We have to vote on policy, not character. That's 100% true. Actions speak louder than words. What matters in life is what you do for those around you and the society you live in. Trump shouldn't be hated. Neither Joe Biden. If you don't agree with the policies of a candidate, vote for the other one or don't vote at all. Just stop with the labels. Stop projecting! When you demonize people, you turn them off and they stop debating. Calling someone a racist is a serious charge. You can call someone a neo-nazi but that doesn't make him a Nazi. I read many books about Nazism. That's the real evil.
  12. Hi. Many people believe that Trump supporters are dumb and stupid, equating them with the dregs of society. This mindset towards the people who vote for Trump is foolish and nonetheless, wrong. I don't stand with Trump because I like his character, neither those who vote for him. I fully understand that Trump is a narcissistic guy who doesn't have a bit of emotional intelligence. It's absolutely true that Trump has an obsession for success and fame. These are not desireble traits in a human being but all of us has them. We're all manipulative and narcisisstic to a certain degree. Those undesirable traits come from the way we were raised in childhood. On the other hand, Trump is aligned with the constitution. He believes in freedom. That's why so many people are voting for Trump. I don't want other people to have power over me. I like the idea of a small government, where people have to put in the work to develop a better society. Trump is certainly not perfect and definitely not a tyrant. Freedom is a constitutional right that HAS TO BE PROTECTED. Freedom is a good value to have. Just imagine yourself not having the right to speak freely. And I have to admit, I don't like Trump that much, but I like the fact that his administration is aligning with America's constitution. As long as the government doesn't have power over you and the society you live in offers you freedom, be grateful. You're just fine!
  13. Trump is just a human being like all of us. He has many flaws. And I agree that Trump is a narcissist, but he's not a tyrant or an evil individual. That's too far. Hitler, Stalin and Mao, these were the real tyrants. You guys are going too far when talking about Trump. We have to guard freedom and I believe we can all agree regarding this topic.
  14. I'm not going to label those who support Trump or Joe Biden. I believe in the right to choose your candidate and vote for whomever you want. That's democracy.
  15. The biggest lie? I simply don't lie. How about Trump's appointments to the Supreme Court? Those conservative justices that love the constitution of the United States. What about them? Are they the antithesis to freedom? I don't see Trump trying to get rid of the 1st amendment. I don't see those Supreme Court justices trying to undermine USA's constitution. Actions speak louder than words. And by the way, a lot of what Trump says is bull$hit. He tries to get attention from the media. He's an expert at this.
  16. You're too harsh here, @Leo Gura!
  17. Is this an insult to smart people? Take a look: I wanna know.
  18. Hi. Both partners want mental, inner peace. That's all. After years of meditation and introspection, you finally reach a point where the social norms are no longer important. You get to develop a clear mind that operates with accurate perception of reality. The bull$hit becomes evident. If the two of you have that, you'll just sit and enjoy the present moment together, without forcing yourselves to comply with the external pressures of societie's social norms. From the point, everything falls into places. Everything becomes beautiful. You're now in a fully functional relationship, where both partners constantly help each other become the best verison of themselves. All the insecurities, traumas, and societie's stressors are no longer guiding the behavoir of the partners. They're simply free.
  19. Jordan Peterson is depressed because he doesn't know how to integrate his shadow. He doesn't understand that emotions must be experienced, not repressed. Jordan is too emersed in rationality. Any type of emotion has to be processed in a detatched manner, not negated or repressed. ZEN is the answer. You, the one who's reading this, be the master of every situation.
  20. Hello. I've been watching this documentary on YouTube about the scientific evidence of the afterlife. @Leo Gura talked about similar ideas in one of his videos. What are your thoughts on the afterlife? Is it possible? Is it real? And what happens to awarenes after the body ceases to function?
  21. @Nahm, this might be true. I don't deny it. The "problem" is that I can't see that there's no Don. What I see is that the ego is a construct or an imaginary thing, but there's a body that moves and perceives things; a body with awaress. With that being said, I don't want to be deluded. I don't wanna fool mylsef. I can be certain that experience is real. Awareness is real since I am aware. And by the way, what is "I am"? A substitute for awareness? Echkart Tolle is often saying that awareness can't be understood by the mind; it can only be known. As far as I'm concerned, can awareness understand itself? It's somehow depressing just to think about eternal awareness/consciousness. Not from an emotional standboint, but from an intelectual one, seeing the impossibility of fully comprehending awareness. I'll struggle to uderstand what you're saying. I'll be contemplating your statements.
  22. Is awareness destructible? How come that awareness exists? How is it possible for awareness to be a real thing?
