  1. I just realized I was scummed by a similar video recetly, and I liked it a lot. Crazy
  2. @Joshe Thank you for your answer! I've been thinking similar thoughts recently after being extremly affected by stress and anxiety. Part of it girls-related. But this stuff is not even about women. It's just about feeling good. Letting go of the things in your mind that stress you out? Sounds like a key to happiness. And there's so much to unravel! I should be greatfull for my period of anxiety because I'm becoming aware of this. And it's a lesson for life on psycological and spiritual wellbeing. Meditation helps me a lot with that, also removing distractions, being in silence with yourself more, good sleep. And women, they'll have more fun with you when you breathe more and think less, be with them and not somewhere inside your head. I remember once I wanted to asked a girl for a number and remembered a video I watched recently of rsd tyler where he was talking about how you can have ineraction going great but once you ask for a number you'll suddenly be rejected and be surprised by that. That thought just appeared in my mind and I started freezing and mumbling embaracingly. And no, I wasn't rejected at all. To be fair Tyler warned about this kind of stuff happaning as well. Goes away with practice I guess. Another thing I've noticed is being on edge can push you to do things you weren't motivated enough or coragous enough to do before because you sometimes suffer so much and ready to do things that used to be scary just to stop suffering. Like approaching girls on a street or iviting someone for a date or going to some job interview etc. And that will even make you seem confident in the beginning... but it won't last long because everyone will see worried and anxious you pretty soon. Still can be usefull for some breakthrough learning experience maybe. Also I see how this kind of advice if applied wrongly can lead to a trap of trying to spiritually bypass dating experience. Especially if someone doesn't have enough of it. We should be aware of that. Look at as discovering normal human interaction late into life. We must be all autistic people with some messed up unsocialized childehoods here
  3. When I was a kid I once asked God and Mother Mary and all the saints to stop a bully from school from beating me. I thought he was planning to. It worked. He never showed up and I left the school grounds safe. But got into a skiing accident right after. Broke my skis and injured my leg. Not asking those guys for anything ever again
  4. You still have to go outside and approach women though, right? You're just not gonna call it pickup? @Joshe I love what you are saying. I've noticed myself recently that overstressed nervous system is capable of making dating hard. Anxiety grows, relaxation becomes impossible, hard to be yourself and grounded. Do you have any advice on how to do that?
  5. Some lucid dreaming teachers say that it's good for your mental health to be nice to your dream and the characters there when you are lucid, because in some way they represents parts of your psyche. And I found that being nice to the dream and the characters makes the dream more cooperative. When you don't try to force things and stay nice and respectful the dream is more willing to help you have the good experience that you want
  6. I recently killed a puppy, smashed his skull. Another night I tried to drown some rodent with cute big eyes
  7. Hypnogogic states are quite interesting to explore. You can also develop that. And it's a door to lucid dreaming.
  8. Go find them yourself, shouldn't be hard if you speak Russian. I personally don't care if you believe it or not.
  9. It's not the point. They quote Russian officials there. You can just go find their statements, they are there. The location of the offices doesn't change the fact. I just sent the first links I saw, cause the sources I heard those news from myself were in Russian.
  10. Speaking of burning Quran in Russia: https://meduza.io/en/news/2023/08/16/volgograd-man-arrested-for-burning-quran-says-kadyrov-s-son-assaulted-him-in-prison https://www.themoscowtimes.com/2023/08/18/chechen-officials-praise-kadyrovs-son-for-beating-teenager-accused-of-burning-koran-a82173
  11. i like that Tyler more than the modern Owen
  12. @BojackHorseman Thanks for the advice. I might do that. I've always had that little plan/desire to work on movie music or games someday. sad but true
  13. Sounds like fun, thanks! I've tried composing movie-soundtrack-like music once before. Here, I've got 60 seconds of it. I don't know if it's good enough or not really. Would people be willing to use this in their art?
  14. What kind of music jobs did you do? Was it composing soundtracks or recording an instrument or something else? I've tried some music-related freelancing before, but only got some money transcribing music sheet. Didn't put much effort and thought into everything though, probably could've done better
  15. have you heard about milfs?
  16. I mean the more technical Rick Beato is Adam Neely I assumed you might know him since you know Rick.
  17. this course is probably good to begin with, there's a link to homework projects and other course materials in the description https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLhQjrBD2T3817j24-GogXmWqO5Q5vYy0V it's free, by Harvard they also have courses about web development in python and about A.I. in python. I didn't take it but when I took their other course called introduction to computer science it was enough to make my first few bucks writing Python scripts This site has some useful articles about more specific things : https://realpython.com/ though you'd probably stumble upon it yourself when googling. there's also w3schools.com if you need to refresh something basic. codewars.com has exercises, it's good for finding new and more efficient ways to solve programming problems But after a while most of the learning will be reading documentation and stackoverflow
  18. you yourself decided that suffering is bad for some reason, it's not God's fault that you think this way
  19. for contractions i'd try magnesium supplements first, but you need to discuss that with a doctor
  20. Checks and balances are a thing of democracies. You can find county or town or city officials who are publicly against the war and Putin. But the federal government is all united by either profit or fear. Just like the police and the courts. They don't have to be believers in anything. It's just fear and profit. I don't think they are. They can literally call you on your phone or something. Plus those polls must be as rigged as russian elections. Still war-suppoters are not rare, it's true. Because most of Russian people are not young and not educated and live far from big cities. So they don't know better than believing what they see on TV.
  21. maybe the meditation technique described in this video will help. It's a fun one to do.
  22. Do you know any successful people who do that?
