  1. I haven't been on here regularly in such a long time. Life got hold... that's fine, this chapter of my life is about what I have to do now. I'm building the foundations for the rest of my life. I'm going in so many different exciting directions I cannot put it into words. Some lessons and insights I have gained in the past 12 months: *Resist life... and you will suffer *Fear is love *Love is fear *Learn to listen to and trust your intuition. Let go of what you feel 'should' be. Really, let go. trust and flow *Personal development never stops *I see 'reality' as this ever changing dimensional space, nothing is permanent or absolute, there is no one truth. Live life from your illusion. *If you ever need some perspective imagine yourself on your death bed looking back at what you're currently doing, if the heart doesn't like it, let go and move on. *Love is everything *Trust on the deepest level you can. Be vulnerable as much as you can *Practice gratitude as much as you can, it will change your life
  2. It's a skill, so practice ? Also what is your meaning of boring? Is this your feedback or your audiences?
  3. You're at the gym daily performing moderate strength training with rehab and abs work ( AVG 2.5hr sessions) Give me your top tips for recovery and any (vegan please) supplementation you may take to support the body. ?️‍♂️
  4. 0.211 microdose ? Math lesson: Less monkey mind More focus More intrinsic interest.
  5. How would you apply your self Actualisation knowledge to study? E.g. Body awareness helps me drop and relax my body when I'm writing, observation of the mind helps me watch for constructed limitations. Just to name two examples. Share yours peas ☺️?
  6. @Raptorsin7 how? Quite easily for me (not always, some days I cba) Depends on your motivation? Where do you feel you sway mostly on this scale (honestly) with regards to training? (Check out the self determination theory)
  7. Mistake ? according to whom?
  8. I'm coming back. Changes have to be made. Learning growth learning growth. I got this. This isn't about the destination, the journey is the destination. Life is the journey. Every single moment is the journey. Now.
  9. The other day something happened which I can't explain. It was beautiful. I have a friend and we connect on the deepest level I ever could of imagined. Form transcends. I met this friend just this year whilst I was travelling alone and we connected instantly (not in a romantic way but on a being to being level). The other day we were saying goodbye and we hugged for almost 5 minutes straight in complete silence. Just feeling. My chest was radiating in complete love, it was indescribable. Suddenly as I was hugging his form disappeared and I felt like I was hugging myself. I was hugging the entire universe. Then I broke down in tears, I don't know why. It was so powerful. Can anybody relate? ❣️
  10. I would say I do. My partner does all my training programmes and we exchange feedback every night from that nights training session. He also manages also my macronutrient and kcal intake. It definitely 100% helps me personally because I don't have the knowledge otherwise. Plus he's free ??‍♀️?
  11. @Key Elements Thanks for the explanation. Helped a lot ?❣️
  12. Anybody know any info on perfectionism (particularly in athletes) The beliefs that motivate this behaviour? And why?
  13. @Key Elements Do you feel there's more than one way to get into flow state? If so what is it? How would you describe your flow state? (I feel flow state could be relative to each individual) Great topic op!
  14. ? ? @Mada_ You're welcome ?
  15. Thanks for responding all. I can't even put it into words just how beautiful it was. This would be the only way to describe:
  16. @Serotoninluv Thank you so much for the reply, I've read it to him and he resonates. He said no matter what it takes he's gonna get to 'truth' so watch this space ?
  17. This person I know coaches a girls football team (life purpose). Thing is he has so much fear around the subject. Even when planning the training he gets full of anxiety, during training full of anxiety etc. He said his anxious reasons are because: *If he doesn't follow through with his life purpose then he will realise his life has no meaning *Scared of getting trapped into a slave wage job (if he doesn't get a concrete job doing his life purpose) *Identity is wrapped into his life purpose *Procrastinates so he doesn't progress and then possibly lead to failure How would you advise someone with this? (He has just started microdosing ?)
  18. @theking00 mindfulness with labeling, meditation, microdosing/trip psychedelics, nature, breathing techniques. Basically anything to raise your level of consciousness
  19. Well do you? Or do you overlook the simplicity of it? Life. Nature. Love. Infinite intelligence. Consciousness. People walk around and take it for granted. 'Familiarity breeds content' so they say. Every emotion, every 'pain', every 'suffering', every breath, every leaf, every rock, every drop of milky froth that sits on the top of your cappuccino, every word that leaves your mouth is a miracle. The sun rising and setting each day is god. You're god, you're the blessing, you're the miracle. Do you overlook these things each day? Do you witness and appreciate the sheer magnitude that is life?
  20. @Nemo28 Remember, thought is also within the present moment. A lot of people I feel disregard the mind and see it as some sort of enemy. It's just as miracle like as the baby you witness being born. @Nahm ??
  21. @Scholar What an amazing paragraph to read... I can resonate with everything you said. I have little critters chilling round the gaff and they need flipped often as well ?. Thanks again for sharing this, such a heartwarming @Surfingthewave @LfcCharlie4 ?
  22. Please share with myself and the forum your tips/trick's and resources on time management (managing your time when you have many things/projects/errands to do) (I have watched Leo's video) Thank you
