  5. I've decided I want to water fast for 48 hours and possibly longer. This will be my first fast. This isn't so much for health benefits but for spiritual/personal growth. Can you throw any advice at a newbie? (I have also researched but has conflicting advice).

  7. I don't know about anybody else but when I notice in myself that I have a belief or I'm speaking or believing on half of a belief, I then make myself aware it's a belief and I can drop it. Some are harder to drop than others but the hard ones trigger an uncomfortable emotion within and then I use that as a guide to do 'extra' work on that certain belief

  9. I self enquire whilst going to sleep, it's unbelievably effective! One time I was self enquiring and I had this crazy feeling go through my body, it woke me up! I was like... "Oh holy fuck" ??
  10. I was in a emotional abusive relationship and I wanted to find a way to help my negative emotions. Thank god for that abuse ?
  11. Classes are a whole different kettle of fish sweet. Yoga is so underestimated! Also maybe a chiropractor? ♥️
  12. Yoga hunny. I have DDD (Degenerative disc disease). I quit morphine, surrendered to pain and began yoga pretty darn seriously. Also, Pilates. Have you considered any of this? Sorry to hear about your medical issues ♥️

  14. @martin_malin I literally could of written this myself. This is me also. Leo is absolutely spot on when he says... Practice surrender Martin. Letting go. When emotions arrise in the body do it then, when your tired, do it then, when you stub your toe so hard, do it then. @Leo Gura I'm interested what would differ between mushroom's and LSD?
  15. @Faceless I have a theory it could be a very quick ego backlash, last time this happened was when I glimpsed the truth for like 3 seconds clock time.
  16. By the way... Just read back my last question and I don't think I explained myself well enough. What I meant was... When I observe and become aware of the movement of thought, it drops, it disappears, but at that exact instance the thoughts drops, I suddenly feel very sick for that split second and then it disappears What could this be?

  18. Can ego present itself physically when it's frightened? Guys, I've seriously observed this happening in real time and whenever I've become aware of it it's dropped (the thought movement) but in that split second I feel sick, physically, for that few seconds.

  20. So let me get this straight... Thought/self is always seeking security in its self for itself... It doesn't matter about the actual thought content as long as it's always thinking/perpetuating. Thought 'breeds' best from negativity, attachment, identification, seeking etc?

  22. Why is this? Do you know? 100% agree with you on this. I was talking to her about thought, I told her I'm starting to see deeper and more holistically the nature of thought and she quickly changed the subject. She asked me "why do you feel your progressing so quickly Charlotte?" And I said "because I'm starting to see thought for what it truly is, or is not" and then she changed the subject ?. I see therapists have a script to read from (so to speak), so your ABSOLUTELY right in what you say, my limiting beliefs held me back there. Thanks for bringing this to my attention. And thanks for your input, really appreciated ♥️ Will definitely check him out.
