  1. Can anyone recommend any stage yellow books on protesting. I want to understand it from a meta perspective. I want the book to dive into issues like: Are protests justifiable? Should anger/ violence be used? Understanding strategies of mass protest using examples from the past - What is the best strategy to use to create change? This type of theme
  2. You remind me of a rebellious teenager who just loves to disagree. Focus on the greater jihad not the lesser.
  3. the intercept looks more like stage green news
  4. https://www.allsides.com/ Has balanced up to date news from Left, Centre and Right Wing
  5. This is a great example of how to act as a conscious individual. If you are a black person in Minneapolis and you have just witnessed one of your people get murdered due to systemic racism how do you react? Are they doing the right thing by protesting? Are they doing the right thing by using aggression? If they don't maybe nothing will change. It's like what Extinction Rebellion co-founder Claire Farrell talks about in which they looked at strategies used throughout the world to create change and discovered that peaceful demonstrations often don't lead to change, at least by doing this all the attention is on it. On the other side of the argument it could lead to more collective ego and us vs them thinking so what's the answer?
  6. Yea ive tried lucid dreaming before. This wasn't that, i didnt set the intention to notice i was in a dream or anything, I was dreaming that i was with my friend and I taught him how to do Kriya Yoga, we were doing Kriya Pranyama together and i was so present in my dream that it made no difference whether it was a dream or awake state as I was just the awareness within the dream.
  7. Last night I was doing kriya pranyama while dreaming. I was getting into some nice states while fast asleep. Is this normal? I haven't done this before I wonder how I managed to convince myself to start meditating while fast asleep.
  8. I wish there was as i'm also European, let me know if you find one.
  9. Just watched this and it definitely gave me extra motivation to continue with Kriya yoga that's for sure! This guy spent hours in samadhi states where his heart stopped beating,, telling his disciples they could take him out of it by chanting Om.
  10. I feel this is a very important thing to do if you are on the path. Even if you don't talk to that person but just to get a sense of what's possible, how they are with themselves , if it has an affect on me and also to see if it is even real. I've been thinking of doing this for a while now but the problem is i feel you wouldn't get that true sense just from a retreat or a workshop as the "guru" could be acting up. I would want to spend time around them in a natural setting to get a true sense of it. Any ideas how one would go about this?
  11. If you have a problem with Amazon just do this ......
  12. I also watch John Butler's content and find his content incredibly useful. I would put him as a stage turquoise christian - definitely found peace
  13. This seemed a bit concerning to me
  14. i use this the tibetan bowl sounds every 5 mins
  15. 1. It seems that almost every time i meditate things around me crack and the vibration goes straight through my body. Has anyone else noticed this and what is going on? Am i just super aware or is it revealing that everything is just vibrations or energy and it's going straight through me? 2. When taking mushrooms I laugh a lot uncontrollably and that same feeling occurs during meditation is the laughing just the ego dissolution? 3. I have experimented with different meditation techniques - kriya, vipassana, Nisargadatta Maharaj focussing on I am, om meditation but it's evident Kriya works best for me 10fold. The probem is as it's quite technical how can I implement it in daily life not just on meditation cushion as it's not like vipassana where i can just feel sensations in the body at anytime while I am out and about?
  16. This one is more for balanced arguments - https://letter.wiki/conversations - still very good for opening up your critical thinking
  17. There is definitely a link. I see it everywhere, on here, Teal Swan, Ralph Smart, backpacking around India. What's the deal? Surely the whole idea of spirituality is to free yourself from dogmas not to do the opposite and just believe in UFOs or David Icke commentary? Maybe it's to do with open mindedness? Maybe they are more open minded to these ideas but at the same time if you just believe it without knowing for sure or without experience i would say that's closed mindedness.
  18. Ive been following his podcasts under the skin and think he's moved up to stage yellow now
  19. this one i was commenting on he's preaching to his parents about enlightenment and is completely blaming his parents for everything.
