Done it in 2021, I never watched the videos just let them play. I only enrolled to get initiated into shambhavi mahamudra. It's a great practice for getting significant gains in happiness and overall wellbeing. I feel a bit of bliss from it, from time to time. Iv done all their programmes, Shakti chalana kriya is their best practice in my opinion. Which is done as part of the shoonya programme. Isha's practices are the best thing I have came across for improving your day to day experience. -
For people who do semen retention, what do you find is the optimal amount of time to go for before ejaculating? In terms of having the most energy, boosting testosterone, wellbeing and confidence. The most I have retained for is 101 days, I was doing 3 months regularly, and after ejaculating I would feel better for a few days after, same thing happened when I regulated to 2 months. Also tried 6 weeks recently and didn't notice any difference.

@OBEler I had the kundalini awakening in 2019, with how intense it was I don't think I could have done anything that would have made it a smooth process. I have been doing ishas stuff the last 4 years. Maybe if I was doing ishas stuff prior to kundalini it would have mitigated it to an extent. What caused it was a combination of having done 5meo dmt alot, which opens the higher chakras, then chanting "earth mantra" by a group called the divine lineage. Which works on the lower chakras, the more I chanted it just kept getting more and more intense, but I just kept doing it and it got out of hand. https://divinemothercenter.org/who-we-are/our-lineage/ Ya the awakening is definitely one of the best things that has ever happened to me, my happiness and experience of life is just way way better than it was before. It purifies you in such an intense way that could not be done through sadhana or phycadelics. -

I had a kundalini awakening some years ago and I was bed ridden for 18 months, couldnt function, the main reason for that was I could not sleep. I had been meditating for years, done alot of phycadelics up to that, then I got into a practice of chanting mantras to activate the lower chakras and that is what triggered the kundalini awakening. I have done all of ishas advanced programmes, and find the practices from them great. The thing is you can't judge Isha based of the stuff you can learn for free online, you need to get initiated into their practices. The free stuff online I have never done because I assume it wouldnt be that effective. -

It is legit, had a massive kundalini awakening a few years ago, I was unable to live a normal life for 18 months as a result. Book enlightenment through the path of kundalini, by Tara springett, helped me alot -
Has anybody here tired kundalini yoga? If so how was it for you? Can you recommend any good resources or books on it?

@CoolDreamThanks I did not know that about Jan. And do you think the pain he is in is related to his kundalini practices. -

@CoolDreamThanks is kriya yoga and kundalini yoga the same thing? im seeing some kriyas on YouTube, called kundalini yoga that are different than the ones in the books. Do you know which kriyas jan esman does? -

@CoolDreamThanks thank you this info is helpful, I ordered that book you mentioned and another called " kundalini tantra " I had severe kundalini issues a few years back. If I try these practices il be very cautious. I have been doing Isha's practices for the last 3 years. Is kundalini yoga Jan esmans main sadhana as far as you know, bliss is what I'm looking for. -
@Leo Gura Hi Leo, are you currently doing any spiritual sadhana? If so which practices? Are you still doing phycadelics, if so which ones?

Meditation is not potent, meaning you have to do alot for only a little benefit. Its gonna take the average person decades to make huge progress with just meditation. There are much more potent methods, like phycadelics, mantras, shaktipat, kriya yoga, kundalini yoga. Ishas practices. I'm assuming sadhguru is advocating ishas practices as a way to intensify your energy's. -
Nothing would change for me, I do phycadelics every few months. And spiritual practice every day. I would still do my daily practice. Although I wouldn't progress as fast without phycadelics

Your making excuses for your laziness and lack of discipline, 10 minutes a day isn't even worth doing. No reason y you can't live your life fully how you want and do 2 hours a day of spiritual practice. Doesn't have to be meditation as there are way more effective practices out there. The spiritual path isn't for everybody though, if your not into it then just forget about it -

@bliss54 it was on a discord server from a guy called rali, this was a few years ago. It's not around anymore. If your interested in shaktipat transmissions this might be useful for u https://www.rasatransmissioninternational.com/ -
bobbyward replied to Carlos Cardenas's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
@Yimpa for me I first done a few years of regular meditation, done 5meo about 70 times. Then was getting regular shaktipat transmissions. Then I started chanting some mantras that activated my lower chakras, this triggered a kundalini awakening. I have been doing ishas practices for the last 2 years. But it was the kundalini that really took me to the next level. The 2 most important factors for enlightenment is your desire for it, seeking like your hair is on fire. And having the knowledge, as in knowing about and having access to potent practices or phycadelics @Carlos Cardenas -

Sadhguru was born enlightened, he talks about his enlightenment experiences when he was a kid. Also he claims he was enlightened for 3 life times before this one. And for those 3 life times he was doing heart breaking sadhana. Also his master in a previous life who was extremely advanced passed on his powers to him, so he can do the things he is able to do now, understand the mechanics of the body to create potent practices and initiate people into them. And create divine forms and structures like the dyanalinga and linga bharavi. His masters dream was for him to create the dyanalinga. Unless you have a background like that you ain't getting anywhere near sadhguru level. -
I'm definitely for allowing it. I have done tons of phycadelics, but can't find 5 meo malt anywhere

bobbyward replied to Tech36363's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
@Tech36363 not necessarily, although it depends what your definition of enlightenment is. Although to get to the level of sadhguru, multiple lives would be a minimum, yes. I think people who become enlightened easily, is because of work in previous lives. I dont know If people can choose to come again or weather God makes the choice, sadhguru is still a human being
