  1. You don't seem to have an authentic motive to contribute to others nor much motive for actual life coaching... This just seems like it's all about you. Not trying to criticize. Just an observation I'm making.

  3. Bro lol look at the guys actions and it says it all. Judging by your blind faith, Donald Trump can go out and tweet that he is fully conscious and you'd still believe him. Kanye is a fucking narcissist. Look at his VMA speech in 2015. I don't need to be in his mind to spot unconscious behavior. It doesn't take a real genius to see how full of himself he and many people like him are.
  4. Yes I'm sure you have Kanye all figured.
  5. Please tell me this is a joke and you don't actually believe this lolol
  6. Could Mastery be a high consciousness value?
  7. If this doesn't make you smile, I don't know what will. I've seen this movie (Enter The Dragon) since I was a kid. Studying what I study now and seeing this just brings me such a smile.
  8. This reminds me of the time I was 16 and got with this French girl at the hotel I was at and then cried on the plane on the way home and promised I would visit her eventually... I didn't
  9. He's projecting his insecurities and judgments onto you. It's your money. Not his.
  10. Trump is what he is, correct. That doesn't mean he's conscious of who and what he is. Yes that's the absolute. That doesn't make him enlightened. Your narcissism is why you're not deeply conscious because you would realize that your narcissism is all a fucking fasad, doesn't matter, not important, etc. If you think narcissism is somehow an indicator of higher consciousness then that shows the deep delusional game you're part of.
  11. Keep doing. See where that get's you and then you'll motives may change. Should statements to do less doing is just more doing. You can't win that game. Be conscious of your desire to keep doing and follow your desires (hell, that's all we do anyways to begin with) and eventually you'll have the motivation change to stop this losing game/battle.
  12. Uhhh no. This is absurd. By that notion, Trump is highly conscious LOL
  13. Hey guys so I've been consistent with my mindfulness meditation with labeling of "see, hear, feel" for a little over a month now and I'm having a really hard time with the "meaning" behind certain labels more so than others. So when I notice I'm feeling something I'm good at just feeling the sensation in my body. However, when I label "hear" when I notice internal talk, my mind is so hung up by the words that are being "said". For example: I'll hear all this distressful internal talk like 'get me the fuck out of here!' and of course my mind is already making these emotional associations with those words and the tone that it's being said in my internal talk. This also goes for my visual field when I use the label "see". If I see a plant for example, my mind actually conjures up language to label that as a plant. I know fighting this sort of thing is a losing battle. What I want to know is... Is this normal for those of you when you started practicing mindfulness? Is this something that get's better with practice? Could I be making any errors or falling into any traps that may be leading to this?
  14. This was the technique I was basing my question around...
  15. I'm not sure I understand. Do you follow a specific cycle? Or do you just label as a sensation comes up? The way I've been doing it is if I notice my awareness is being directed on something visual for example, then I label obviously "see" and then savor whatever it is that I'm focusing on until the next sensation arises.
  16. It depends how long I'm active. My profile get's dry after a week or so. However, I don't even use it anymore. I much more prefer the harder way of getting out my comfort zone and actually cold approaching and stuff.
  17. I'm not going to go into the content nor give anything away for those that haven't gotten the course... So I'm actually re-taking the Life Purpose Course right now because looking back on it I see how I really didn't go deep enough with it and doesn't really resonate with me enough. I've now been stuck on the Values Assessment for almost 2 weeks now and I'm already stuck on Pass #3. I can't seem to narrow down my top values at all. I try to be more intuitive, calm, etc. but I just can't seem to narrow it down. I'm following the questions every time as I go through the process to narrow down my top values but I really just don't know. I notice a lot of this even changes day-day depending on how I feel. I don't want to just bounce around to the next section and then come back or anything like that. Really could use some advice right now with this top values process.
  18. How is someone supposed to explain to you in words that everything that ever was, is, and will ever be is all of one substance? Sit down and contemplate and stop trying to define the undefinable.
  19. People who seem philosophical tend to not be philosophical and are just full of shit, ignorant, and closed-minded. All because you read and study philosophy doesn't make you someone who practices philosophy and implement those insights from the practice into your daily life.
