  1. Leo seemed rather unhappy in his last blog post of his first ten days of his meditation retreat. Even though his psychedelic experience showed him the “god head”. You think seeing the truth like that would make you happy. My goal is happiness. Will enlightenment actually bring us joy?
  2. Something I like even better than a vision board is a mind movie. If you have an iPhone you can download iMovie for free and then make a 5-10 minute movie of all the things you want to manifest. Each frame should last like 4 seconds and add an affirmation across the image like, “I am wealthy” or whatever you want to affirm. Add positive music to the background and watch it everyday. Once when you wake up and before you go to sleep.
  3. Have you ever had a past life experience? Do you know of any psychedelics that can show you your past lives? I feel like this might be useful to gain perspective of what samsara is.
  4. Woah that’s awesome haha So you actually walked away with more motivation to fix the problems in your life like social anxiety and such? Do you feel like the experience fixed anything for you automatically or just gave you the awareness so now you can fix it yourself?
  5. Woah. You can invest 40 years into consciousness work and still have room for more? How far can we take this thing and why isn’t this our number one priority?
  6. I think most people agree that we don’t want to cause animals suffering. But to claim that we don’t instinctively kill or eat meat is ridiculous. How you’re raised influences that more than anything. You can be raised to think eating your own shit is normal if all the people around you do it. I think there’s a middle ground to be had here. We can kill animals and eat them in a humane and even spiritual way. Indigenous tribes still do it to this day. In fact, the Buffalo dance that the native Americans do comes from a place of compassion for animals.
  7. I’ve heard sadhguru say this multiple times. First establish in yoga, then act. I also heard him say something along the lines of, “you can be the most successful person in the world, make billions of dollars, but if you do not understand what this is (I believe he’s referring to enlightenment) then it is a wasted life.” A WASTED LIFE!?!? You’re telling me if Elon musk doesn’t become enlightened he wasted his life? Or Gary V? Or Tony Robbins? Or the other highly successful people? Whats the point in spending any time pursuing mastery in any other field than consciousness work? What’s the point in doing anything else but focusing on becoming enlightened, if that’s the most important thing? I want to have my life purpose impact in the world but maybe that should come second, only after realizing my true nature. Thoughts?
  8. Are all the ones he listed above research chemicals? Have you found a better way to get psychedelics legally?
  9. Are there any websites that you guys know of that sell these legally?
  10. I heard this and had to share it. It’s so beautiful, I feel motivated to do more spiritual work when I hear this.
  11. That’s dope I can definitely feel out this can be meditative music
  12. I agree. If you want to reap the benefits of our society, you need money to support yourself. If you can leverage yourself to make good money then do it, but don’t expect to be fulfilled by getting rich. Sure, it will bring some level of satisfaction but at a certain point it stops. I remember a study done to show the levels of happiness people have based on their income. The difference in happiness of those who made 50k a year and those who made 2k a year was very significant. However, the difference in happiness between 50k a year and a millionaire and above was minimal. There is nothing wrong with working 40hour weeks if you’re doing something you love. Hell if I love my work I’ll do 60hour weeks or more. The problem comes when you’re selling yourself to a full time job just for money, which may be necessary in order for you to get to the next point in your life but by no means am I saying that you should be okay with working a crummy job everyday for the rest of your life. Bottom line is that yes you need money, and yes it can bring a certain level of satisfaction and freedom. So by all means, if you feel like you need to get rich then go for it. However, beware of making that your end goal. Chances are, you can start doing what you love to do right now and eventually make money doing it.
  13. If you set it up right, you will be paid for having the impact that you want to have on the world. That money may not come right away, but it will eventually if you’re providing enough value. Find your greatest gift and give it to the world, they will think it’s valuable and will pay you in return. I do think the pursuit of wealth is hallow. Having a lot of money can be useful, however you only have so much time on this planet. Do you really want to spend years of your life working to get rich and then possibly die before you can do what you really want to do? You have to be strategic but I’d much rather start doing what I want to do today, enjoy every moment of it, and find a way to make money doing what I love. If you can make a lot of money as a side hustle while you’re working on your passion then do it of course, but don’t make that your main course of action. What do you really want? Happiness? A passionate life? The quickest path between two points is a straight line. Whatever makes you happy and excited, go do that.
  14. Money isn’t evil. It’s a tool which can be used for good or evil. I think what Leo is trying to get across is that the pursuit of wealth is hallow and unfulfilling. I can affirm this as I chased money in real estate for about a year until I realized that It wasn’t going to fulfill me. I also heard a man say once that he spent ten years of his life chasing money, and looking back now he said he wasted that ten years. Theres nothing wrong with wanting money but it should be a bi product of wanting something greater. Find the impact you want to have on the world, the work you love to do the most. Not because it makes you money but because you actually love and enjoy the work you’re doing. Find the way you can provide value to others using your greatest gift. Find that, master it, and wealth will flow to you.
  15. My whole life I’ve always had an interest in comedy but was way too scared to ever even consider trying it. When I started Leo’s life purpose course the thought came up, multiple times, that maybe I should be a comedian. All my friends said I should do it but I continued to reject the idea, which is a classic example of the hero denying the call on the hero’s journey. About a month ago I went to watch my first live comedy show and a lightbulb went off and for the first time I admitted to myself that maybe this was what I wanted to do. Last night I finally faced one of my biggest fears. I went to a club to do an open mic, nervous as fuck I thought about scratching my name off the list and going home but I persevered. My name was called, I got on the stage and had the time of my life. I felt like I was in my zone! The audience was laughing and I was smiling like a child. I felt like I really tapped my authentic self, it was amazing. I think comedy might be my purpose so I’m going to continue to stick my head in that direction and see where it takes me. “Where you stumble, there lies your treasure. The very cave you are afraid to enter turns out to be the source of what you’re looking for.” -Joseph Campbell
  16. Are there any youtubers or bloggers that you find most accurate with tarot readings and astrology in general?
  17. Have a conversation with him about this. Friendships are important. If you can take this friendship and make it into one where you two support each other and let go of the limiting beliefs that are holding you back then it can supercharge both of yours success.
  18. You’re not expected to know what you want to do for the rest of your life. Nobody knows at your age. Nobody ever knows at any age because what you want to do will change. I suggest contacting a few social workers and asking them about the job, that would help you see if it’s something you’d want to do or not.
  19. I get the feeling that you need to explore. What things light you up inside? Move in that direction with an open mind. Watch YouTube videos and read books about whatever it is you think you might be passionate about. That’s what you’re looking for, is the passion. What do you think you are passionate about? Give me the top three things you love most in life and I’ll try to help more.
  20. What inspired you about it in the first place? Maybe you need to get in touch with that again. Or you’ve moved on from that purpose and have a new purpose
