  1. @lmfao It didn't happen only once. I can see visuals every time I close my eyes, I see lights of the same colors of an LSD trip, yellow, green and blue which morph into all kind of things. Before I go to sleep and while I meditate they get more intense.
  2. I have been meditating for the past 3 months mentally chanting om and focusing on the third eye chakra, as suggested by many teachers. Right after I started doing it, I was having mild visuals with my eyes closed, but, now things are starting to get a little bit crazy, I see infinite fractals, it feels, almost, as if I am on LSD every time I close my eyes. Plus, I started having premonitory dreams about things that are going to happen in my life. Has anyone been through this, or had the same experience while practicing Kriya Yoga? Is it normal, should I keep practicing?
  3. To be honest is kind of scary, I don't really want to be tripping all the time, that's why I am trying to understand if it's a common thing while doing a meditation practice with a focus on the third eye. In my case the visuals are not happening with my eyes open, but only with eyes closed.
  4. You were on your way home when you died. It was a car accident. Nothing particularly remarkable, but fatal nonetheless. You left behind a wife and two children. It was a painless death. The EMTs tried their best to save you, but to no avail. Your body was so utterly shattered you were better off, trust me. And that’s when you met me. “What… what happened?” You asked. “Where am I?” “You died,” I said, matter-of-factly. No point in mincing words. “There was a… a truck and it was skidding…” “Yup,” I said. “I… I died?” “Yup. But don’t feel bad about it. Everyone dies,” I said. You looked around. There was nothingness. Just you and me. “What is this place?” You asked. “Is this the afterlife?” “More or less,” I said. “Are you god?” You asked. “Yup,” I replied. “I’m God.” “My kids… my wife,” you said. “What about them?” “Will they be all right?” “That’s what I like to see,” I said. “You just died and your main concern is for your family. That’s good stuff right there.” You looked at me with fascination. To you, I didn’t look like God. I just looked like some man. Or possibly a woman. Some vague authority figure, maybe. More of a grammar school teacher than the almighty. “Don’t worry,” I said. “They’ll be fine. Your kids will remember you as perfect in every way. They didn’t have time to grow contempt for you. Your wife will cry on the outside, but will be secretly relieved. To be fair, your marriage was falling apart. If it’s any consolation, she’ll feel very guilty for feeling relieved.” “Oh,” you said. “So what happens now? Do I go to heaven or hell or something?” “Neither,” I said. “You’ll be reincarnated.” “Ah,” you said. “So the Hindus were right,” “All religions are right in their own way,” I said. “Walk with me.” You followed along as we strode through the void. “Where are we going?” “Nowhere in particular,” I said. “It’s just nice to walk while we talk.” “So what’s the point, then?” You asked. “When I get reborn, I’ll just be a blank slate, right? A baby. So all my experiences and everything I did in this life won’t matter.” “Not so!” I said. “You have within you all the knowledge and experiences of all your past lives. You just don’t remember them right now.” I stopped walking and took you by the shoulders. “Your soul is more magnificent, beautiful, and gigantic than you can possibly imagine. A human mind can only contain a tiny fraction of what you are. It’s like sticking your finger in a glass of water to see if it’s hot or cold. You put a tiny part of yourself into the vessel, and when you bring it back out, you’ve gained all the experiences it had. “You’ve been in a human for the last 48 years, so you haven’t stretched out yet and felt the rest of your immense consciousness. If we hung out here for long enough, you’d start remembering everything. But there’s no point to doing that between each life.” “How many times have I been reincarnated, then?” “Oh lots. Lots and lots. An in to lots of different lives.” I said. “This time around, you’ll be a Chinese peasant girl in 540 AD.” “Wait, what?” You stammered. “You’re sending me back in time?” “Well, I guess technically. Time, as you know it, only exists in your universe. Things are different where I come from.” “Where you come from?” You said. “Oh sure,” I explained “I come from somewhere. Somewhere else. And there are others like me. I know you’ll want to know what it’s like there, but honestly you wouldn’t understand.” “Oh,” you said, a little let down. “But wait. If I get reincarnated to other places in time, I could have interacted with myself at some point.” “Sure. Happens all the time. And with both lives only aware of their own lifespan you don’t even know it’s happening.” “So what’s the point of it all?” “Seriously?” I asked. “Seriously? You’re asking me for the meaning of life? Isn’t that a little stereotypical?” “Well it’s a reasonable question,” you persisted. I looked you in the eye. “The meaning of life, the reason I made this whole universe, is for you to mature.” “You mean mankind? You want us to mature?” “No, just you. I made this whole universe for you. With each new life you grow and mature and become a larger and greater intellect.” “Just me? What about everyone else?” “There is no one else,” I said. “In this universe, there’s just you and me.” You stared blankly at me. “But all the people on earth…” “All you. Different incarnations of you.” “Wait. I’m everyone!?” “Now you’re getting it,” I said, with a congratulatory slap on the back. “I’m every human being who ever lived?” “Or who will ever live, yes.” “I’m Abraham Lincoln?” “And you’re John Wilkes Booth, too,” I added. “I’m Hitler?” You said, appalled. “And you’re the millions he killed.” “I’m Jesus?” “And you’re everyone who followed him.” You fell silent. “Every time you victimized someone,” I said, “you were victimizing yourself. Every act of kindness you’ve done, you’ve done to yourself. Every happy and sad moment ever experienced by any human was, or will be, experienced by you.” You thought for a long time. “Why?” You asked me. “Why do all this?” “Because someday, you will become like me. Because that’s what you are. You’re one of my kind. You’re my child.” “Whoa,” you said, incredulous. “You mean I’m a god?” “No. Not yet. You’re a fetus. You’re still growing. Once you’ve lived every human life throughout all time, you will have grown enough to be born.” “So the whole universe,” you said, “it’s just…” “An egg.” I answered. “Now it’s time for you to move on to your next life.” And I sent you on your way.
  5. It's all about learning to Love. The sooner you learn to love your situation, the sooner your situation will change. You can understand that for yourself by doing some psychedelics. When you are having a bad trip, all you can do is love, and when you love, what you are experiencing changes in front of your eyes. The universe is a love simulation, if you want to move to the next level, love where you are right now, see Leo's video about Love. Acceptance, forgiveness, living in the present are just different ways to express the same idea. You don't lack anything, you just believe you do.
  6. I agree 100%. His teaching are getting so advanced that is normal to get negative reactions from people. To be honest, I think his last video was one of his best ones. I resonate deeply with his style of teaching, I don't understand teachers that talk in riddles. I love Leo because he explains everything so plain and simple, and that might be the reason why so many people are not resonating with it. It's obvious that no one will ever be able to express the Truth with words, but what he says is the best effort in doing so, that I have ever seen from someone. The best explanation of Truth possible is silence, but a philosopher still tries to explain the unexplainable, and that's what he is doing.
  7. If there is no personal free will, but only the will of God, and everything is just a spontaneous arising in consciousness, why does karma exist? According to the idea of karma, the negative or positive situations that one personally lives in are determined by past actions and past lives, but if my ego doesn't have a choice in the actions that I take, what's the point and the fairness of it?
  8. I work part-time as a cocktail bartender two days per week, the rest of the days I follow my LP. I am not saving any money at all at the moment, but I am fully satisfied with my life. My side hustle is starting to bring in passive income, it takes time, but is definitely possible. Ken Wilber worked as a dishwasher for ten years, while writing books, before being able to make a living off of is LP.
  9. I think this is a great example of someone who is following his life purpose, the interesting part starts two minutes in.
  10. It would be interesting to hear your new perspective on the law of attraction and co-creation, since your last video about it is quite outdated. Have you heard of reality transurfing? @Leo Gura
  11. I have been studying spirituality and enlightenment for quite a while now, many of the teachings that I have come across keep talking about the power of intention, but none of them gives a clear explanation of what it is. Funny enough, the best definition that I have found so far is from the pick up community, they say that intention is action without attachment. Intent = action + freedom from outcome. I would be really interested in hearing more definitions, suggested reading are also welcome.
  12. @Leo Gura Have you actually read his book? Sometimes I get the feeling that you just skim over other people content and like to point out everything that is wrong with it. That's the same thing you have done with RSD Tyler, I have watched countless of his videos, and they have been invaluable for my growth, who cares if sometimes he says something that is not spiritually evolved or enlightenment wise correct. I definitely agree with you, there are many things wrong with the pick up community, but that's mainly because the people that are just starting out are completely lost in their life, and all they want is to get laid. But there is much more depth than that in what Tyler is teaching in most of his videos. For instance, I don't agree with all of your teachings, but that didn't stop me from gaining INVALUABLE insights from your videos. I think that if you would actually read Jordan Peterson's book, you will find it interesting and valuable, or at least entertaining, and you would still learn a thing or two. I think you still get into paradigm locks from time to time, isn't it what happened with psychedelics? Funny how things have changed There are so many parallels that could be done with what Jordan Peterson is saying in this lecture and spiritual enlightenment.
  13. @Leo Gura I love your book list, but could you please add more books in the money and marketing section, there is a massive disproportion with the spirituality section. Not everybody is at the same level of development, I am in the process of starting a business and I would love to read your book suggestions on the topic.
  14. This video goes well with today's episode of Leo about consciousness
  15. I have already read The six pillars of self esteem and Psycho-Cybernetics, both great books. Any suggestions?
  16. How do you manage to make a 2 hour long video without cuts?! I have a small YouTube channel myself and I find it nearly impossible to shoot 10 minutes without cuts. I can shoot longer videos, but only if I free associate. Instead, you have no problem talking on a specific topic for hours, while maintaining your speech structured in a clear and logical way. I can't do that even if I have notes in front of me I thought you could be reading a script, but am pretty sure you are not, since you sound natural and relaxed. My best bet is you just practice A LOT. How long it took you to become so good and how many hours do you usually spend shooting an episode, before getting it the way you want? I would like to have an idea of how much time I should be practicing, thanks in advance!
  17. There is a great book written on this same topic: so good they can't ignore you. The main idea is that passion is a side effect of becoming a master in your field. People that have a fulfilling career, in the beginning, had to go through the same doubts and painful experiences as everybody else.
  18. In the recent blog post that you wrote, you said that you are reconsidering how the law of attraction works; what is your current take on it? What do you think about what Jed Mckenna would call co-creation?
  19. Hey guys, is there any difference in potency between the two? Do they have the same effects?
  20. Or else, how can you know when something is absolutely true? In the movie The Matrix Neo gets out of the fake world, but once he enters the "real" world, he just takes that for granted. How can he be so sure that the "real" world is absolutely real, and not another computer simulation?
  21. Yes, of course, quite a lot, especially after reading The Book of Not Knowing I started doubting that reality is real, which is a funny feeling to have. Before I used to take for granted that the universe was real, but then I realized that thinking the world to be real is just a belief and nothing more. If you were to ask me right now: is the world real, or who are you? I would honestly don't know what to reply, everything I can think of is just something I believe and not something I know. Everything is second hand experience. Sometimes, for a split second, I feel like am close to discover what is Truth, but then that feeling just sleeps away, and is quite frustrating...
  22. What makes you say so? I watched a couple of his videos sometime ago, but I didn't find any value in his teachings. Apparently I was really wrong if you compare him to Jesus Do you mind sharing one, or more, of his videos that you think are a must watch? I hope I will realize how big of a mistake I made
