Yes, as an example check out Kailyn Bowman on Youtube. She's a spiritual guru, 75K subscribers, talks about self-love, trauma, chakras, etc. And she has a written self-love course for $289. Her other courses are written as well, she uses a site called "teachable.com" to list and sell these courses. I don't mean to promote her or anything but here's her YT channel: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCr45QS7ztefjQHPjHWhFpGA Her course page: https://ignite-your-soul.teachable.com/p/become-a-love-magnet I highly recommend her channel to anyone on these forums. If you want my personal opinion, I prefer video courses, its just easier to follow along. I purchased Kailyn's course thinking it was a video course because she does Youtube, but I later found out it was a written course so I eventually requested a refund. The content of it was great though. I think written courses should be no more than $200, maybe $10-$200 maximum, depending on the value you are providing.

Oh that's a good one too! I've been using air freshener like Febreze a lot over the past few years, might have to give those up too. Smells good but when I inhale it too much or while I'm sleeping, I get a headache. One product that I really don't like are the ones you plug in the electric socket and it automatically releases a scent, that one also gives me such a big headache. Forgot to mention that too, I also switched out my deodorant to a natural one recently. I always used Pure Sport Old Spice for a long while, until it started giving me some pretty bad rashes. Might've been the aluminum in it possibly? I tried applying it onto my armpits on top of my clothes but the same thing kept happening so I switched.

Haha, just noticed that. Yeah its always the high carb, easy to prepare in the morning type foods. I guess that's just how it came to be over the years, people wake up super early for school or work, and just need something quick to get in their system. Throw a piece of toast in the toaster while you brushing your teeth or something or just pour some milk in a bowl of cereal y'know, can't be late for that 9 o clock meeting! Personally I've been eating a bowl of organic oatmeal every single day for a couple years now and never had an issue with it, never gets old. Tastes great, fills me up and it gives me the energy I need for the day.

Yes of course. One of the big changes eating healthier would make is a significant change in how much easier physical activity gets. Back in Highschool, Grade 9, I used to eat chocolate chip cookies with warm chocolate milk every single day for breakfast. I had no idea how bad this was for my health. Then one day, my PE (physical education) class had a track and field run that every single student had to participate in. Of course I had my regular breakfast of cookies & chocolate milk. This track and field run was sort of a race, basically whoever gets the best time wins. I was somewhat of a skinny dude back then, and we had 1 or 2 overweight kids in our class of 30 kids total. Guess who placed last in the race? Me. The overweight kids were actually ahead of me, they finished second to last. My time was around 32mins I believe, which is pretty sad. I'm pretty healthy and fit now, I've been going to the gym consistently for over 8 years now, and hikes/jogs have gotten a lot easier for me. You should try an experiment. Choose a week where you eat nothing but healthy food every single day. Monitor and journal how you feel. And on the final day of that week, go on a 10min jog or find a hike to go on and see how you do. Then, a couple weeks or one month later, do the same thing but eat nothing but junk food for the entire week. Monitor how you feel throughout the week, and go on the same exact jog or hike and see how you do compared to the first time. Below is an attached photo of the brand of cookies I used to eat for breakfast, very delicious but garbage.

Affiliate marketing is something one can do without money. There's thousands of businesses out there who need people to market their products/services. Marketing is probably one of the biggest challenges for any sort of business, every business could use more customers or clients. If you have the marketing skills or an audience of some sort, you could be making some serious commissions. Clickbank is a start, but make sure you find a niche that you genuinely have an interest in and choose a product/service to market. Free ways to build an audience to market products to? Youtube, start a blog, Instagram, etc.

@Edward95 I remember someone asking him this on the forums, I believe Leo said something like vegetables or vegan food just doesn't fill him up and give him the energy that meat gives. That's how it is for me too, I've tried going vegan but the food just doesn't fill me up the same way, I need meat as part of my diet

Personally I expect another crash in the stock market for 2021, I'm sure a lot of people expect the same thing. Perhaps in January when Biden takes office or around that time so I'm not buying any stocks right now. Plus, the US economy isn't in good shape right now, why buy stocks? The only thing propping up the stock market is government spending, not on actual growth of the economy. Since the US economy is really bad right now and the Fed just keeps printing money then a dollar crash is bound to happen. With that being said lot of people are putting their money into precious metals like gold, silver, platinum, or in cryptocurrencies. Personally I have a huge chunk of my porfolio in silver, and some gold, then the rest in crypto like ETH or BTC.

@Leo Gura This whole entire thread just changed my understanding. If life is a dream or an illusion, does physical reality exist or not? Is it just a projection of the ego mind or a projection of God's mind since this is "God's Dream"? Physical reality is and exists within' consciousness after all, right? When you say life is what Nothing looks like and feels like, then that implies physical reality exists? I just recently experienced ego death, my physical reality shattered, no form no self, and my understanding was that this is what Nothing means. So then both physical ego self and no-self exist as Nothing? Then is "Nothing" just another label basically? I've been behind on the videos

One thing I want to add, if you're going to be sourcing your products from China on Alibaba, then you need to realize that the market is already highly saturated for low-cost products. There's thousands of other sellers who have this same mentality of looking to source a low-cost product on a budget thinking they can get in business for $500-$1500, its not only you. "Hmm maybe I'll source a $1 product and sell it for $15." Good luck with that, you're competing with thousands of others. They're all probably looking at the same exact product as you. If you're going to compete, then your product better be 10x better along with your marketing. So the only way out of this and to get a better chance is to go with the higher priced items that cost you more like $20-$100 wholesale per unit. But you already mentioned your budget is $1500 and that's just not enough so, but you could try though.

Well you see other people having success with it right? So of course it "works." The real question is do you work? Are you willing to put in the time and the effort to make it work? To ask if it works is like asking "Do relationships work? Do marriages work?" Everything is in your hands to make it work. Of course its not that simple though, there's a lot of challenges that come with it. You have to deal with finding your niche, finding a product, finding a supplier, messaging suppliers, finding the right price point, understanding profit margins, understanding Amazon's fees, storage fees, creating your brand, designing your logo, designing your packaging, ordering a sample, finalizing the product, purchasing the supply, waiting for the supply to be finished, creating your Amazon sales page, SEO, taking product photos for your sales page, finding a freight forwarder, getting the products shipped to Amazon. No you're not done yet, you have to deal with paid advertising, understanding PPC, finding the right keywords to target on a daily, dealing with competition, etc. And your PPC & SEO must be updated frequently, you don't just list your product and you get to sleep on a beach for the rest of your life. You're working not a lot but at least a few hours each day in order to maintain the business. If this sounds like what you want to do then by all means do it. But you need to understand its a real business, and like all business, 90% of businesses fail. And this applies to Amazon sellers too, only the top 10% will succeed and have succeeded. One thing I want to say though is, if you're worried about spending $1500 because of college tuition then you shouldn't do it. There's no exact amount that you will end up spending in this business, that's just a lie that gurus tell you. There's a lot of fees that come with it, you might end up spending more than what you expect because of those fees, paid advertising, paying your freight forwarder, etc. It's not just a one time payment of $1500 and then that's it.

You still can reduce the damage though by choosing more organic foods or natural body care products. It's good to be aware of what goes into our food or the products that we use

@PurpleTree I actually read that on Google right before I posted what I just said. The way I understood or interpreted that idea is that, yes it doesn’t raise cholesterol levels in a similar way that trans fat and saturated fat does, but that doesn’t mean it doesn’t raise cholesterol levels at all. It just raises cholesterol levels at a reduced rate compared to trans & saturated fat. Its sort of like comparing how healthy eating A&W vs McDonalds is. You could get the same exact meal of a burger, fries and a coke. Both meals are unhealthy for you but McDonalds is the option that is worse for your health because of the extra shit they add into the food. In this case, A&W is the egg yolk, and McDonalds is the trans fat, saturated fat. Or even organic chocolate vs a Kit-Kat bar, choosing the organic chocolate is healthier but its still unhealthy for you to eat like the Kit-Kat bar but not as much. You get the point. So my point still stands, limit egg yolk intake.

Egg whites are fine but eating the egg yolk is the one that should be limited because its high in cholesterol

Here's my thoughts and personal concern with taking a vaccine for COVID-19. At this point, I'm uncertain about taking a vaccine but somewhat leaning towards 'no' to taking a vaccine. I'm quite a healthy young guy in my mid-twenties, I take the proper supplements needed daily, organic multivitamins, zinc, vitamin D3. I mainly eat organic foods, drink tea, and I'm an active person. I go to the gym 4-5 days a week to work on my cardio and build muscle. For me to catch COVID is a possibility, but to die from it seems a bit unlikely. I don't know for sure the type of people who die from COVID are, but I would imagine its mainly people with poor health, and older individuals. Where I'm from, there's only been close to 500 deaths over the past 9 months with a population of 5.1 million. The people of our province in Canada is quite healthy I'd say. Canada in general is quite healthy, most of our deaths come from the other side of the country in Ontario and Quebec. With the US on the other hand being at the top of the list of countries with the highest amount of cases & deaths, there's just so much garbage in their food, obesity, drugs smuggled in from Mexico, addicts, etc. that it sort of makes sense. Don't mean to offend anyone from the US. But the US has just created an environment for itself that it becomes destructive for everyone else. In that case, sure a vaccine is necessary. Just like as it is a similar way with a tobacco addict, if they're on the brink of death due to lung cancer, in order for them to continue to live they need some kind of medicine to work as some sort of crutch. At that point you can't expect them to turn their life around and be healthy all of sudden. If we lived in a perfect world and everyone worked on their physical and mental health, then I'd imagine many medicines, vaccines, would cease to exist. They would just be unnecessary. The ones who have survived COVID so far are the ones who the virus hasn't reached yet, or the ones who take care of their health. Anyways, I'm sort of on the side with the conspiracy theorists with this one. With questions like should we trust the government or these multi-billion dollar pharmaceutical companies with histories of criminal behavior? What if the risks of a vaccine outweigh the risks of covid? The vaccine was rushed, should we still trust it? I guess anyone can argue with me that its not about me, but about the risk of spreading the virus to other people, which is fair enough. In the end though I wouldn't be surprised if we we're forced to take the vaccine at some point, maybe in order to work, travel, enter a grocery store, etc. Just like how we're now forced to wear masks everywhere we go. -
@intotheblack Depends on several things such as your body weight, activity level, muscle mass, overall health, etc. Learned this from a nutrition class I took years ago and forgot about the answer, but Googled it for you and for the sake of answering your question. The commonly recommended range of protein for both men and women is roughly 0.8 to 1.0 grams per pound of weight (in kilograms) or 0.36 to 0.45 grams per pound of body weight. Google is your friend

So I've been learning more about the idea of self-love lately, and in Leo's video "Self-Love - The Highest Teaching In The Universe" he makes the claim, "Self-love is the solution to all of mankind's problems", something along those lines. It makes sense to me, all issues that the ego experience, stem from a deeper issue which is the lack of self-love. But when we bring "Maslow's Hierarchy of Needs" into this discussion, is self-love still the "solution", even for those who lack fulfillment of their basic needs? It seems more to me that self-love only becomes a priority when you've reached higher levels of consciousness, or when you've already satisfied your basic needs on the hierarchy. Let's take criminals for example, sure we can say they lack self-love, there's no question about that. But at the same time they also lack basic needs such as money for food, water, and shelter so they go out and rob a convenience store. I would imagine that self-love is the last thing on their mind because what they need in the moment is money for their basic needs. So let's say this criminal embodied the idea of self-love, would that just make him not a criminal anymore? I would think so. But what about his desire to fulfill his basic needs?

Stage Orange on Religion (Specifically Catholicism/Christianity): "Its just a bunch of non-sense. Christians, Catholics spend all their time worshiping a God that doesn't even exist. Where's the evidence that 'God' exists? Show me some concrete evidence that God exists, then maybe I'll believe that your God exists. If not, then he doesn't exist, period. Its ridiculous, you go to church, then they collect money from you at the end of the service. Did God up above tell us that he needs money? Its stupid, whoever runs the churches are just there to profit off the sheeple."

Unhealthy Orange/Red-Pill Mentality on Pickup: "Dude, there's nothing wrong with going up to women in public and trying to attract them. If it wasn't for game/pickup, then you wouldn't be alive right now because your Dad wouldn't have approached your mom. And its not manipulation, women love sex and if the woman is attracted then the feelings are neutral. In reality, girls are already looking for sex but they don't want to seem like sluts because society teaches them that slutty behavior is looked down upon. So its your job to be non-judgemental, and make it seem like she naturally ended up at your place with the flow of your lead. You gotta understand, girls love assholes. They don't want none of that beta-male cuck bullshit. You gotta be the alpha-male, its in their biology to feel naturally attracted to alphas. They want someone mentally and in most cases physically strong so they feel a sense of security around you. Beta-male behaviors are a sign of weakness and the girl can sense that off of you. Be grounded, be dominant in your body-language, and the way you speak. They want to be dominated, controlled, and manipulated, this is what will get their pussy wet. Make sure to always be on your toes, because girls like to shit-test you to throw you off your guard and make sure you're actually the alpha-male you make yourself out to be."

@tsuki You're right, changed it to just "Unhealthy Orange." But the title wasn't meant to be part of the acting, its just the topic of discussion.

@tsuki https://spiraldynamicsintegral.nl/en/orange/ "What are unhealthy manifestations of Orange? Calculating, opportunistic, exploitation of the living environment, manipulative and abusing nature and environment, not taking one’s responsibility, too functional, too busy and loosing sight of the human aspect." My post is for sure from the POV of an unhealthy Orange I'd say.
