@SpyAquamarine Lately I have been moving very deeply into myself. I’ve found my life purpose and feel myself becoming more authentic every day. It’s just that I don’t understand life at all. I feel so lost. What am I supposed to do? How do I know I am living this life correctly? These are all questions that float through my mind on a daily basis @Torkys So if I just let everything happen as it wants to unfold, eventually I will get to a place of being anyway?

@aurum I am judging every day based on what I did and how valuable it is. It takes me away from experiencing life as it is.

@SgtPepper Well, even though it is made in the lab, chicken and meat has a worse effect on your body and causes animals to die. What is stopping you from going vegan?

@Nahm Thank you for that story, inspiring. It makes me very emotional thinking about how I want to help people with these stories. I sincerely hope I can transform the world with them.

In the LP course at some point one must list his domain of mastery. I found storytelling to be something I want to master. However, for me this does not only involve writing as a medium, but also drawing and illustrating. My question is, is storytelling available as a domain of mastery or does it have to be something like, writer/illustrator I don't want to limit my storytelling to only writing or only illustrations

It pains my heart so much. All the memories I have, every relationship I have with friends, family, loved ones will one day be gone. It will all vanish. Reminiscing on old memories really touches me quite deep. It all feels so far away and disconnected. I cry about it a lot.

@Nahm Thanks for your words as always Nahm, they help a lot. It does seem hard to recognise that this moment is perfect with all this turmoil going on, but I guess all this is only just here to help me. Seeing it in that light will probably make it easier for me.

Thanks for the comments guys, I appreciate it. Lately I've been working on opening my heart and being more close with myself. As a result I've been crying a lot and feeling very emotional. I guess this fear of change and losing touch with people and places I love has always been with me, but now it's showing up in my face ready to finally be recognised. Upon my realisation that everything changes I've been having these words float through my mind "Let life destroy me" For some reason these words feel really comforting but sad at the same time. Like I can finally give in and surrender at everything that is happening and changing, but it really depresses me at the same time because I feel more confronted than ever with the fact that life is passing by fast and that everything I loved and hold close will be gone and forgotten one day.

This video helped me tremendously to understand what I've been going through this past year and how I go about confronting my experience instead of listening to other people's stories and wanting mine to match up to them. If this is the right time for you and you would like some guidance on exploring the process of spiritual purification, I think this video could be a great assistance. Wish you the best.

I am getting into Hatha yoga as well. Planning to take one of Sadhguru's courses that helps you learn Surya Kriya. I'd like to start my home hatha practice before I start that course but no idea where to start, do you have some pointers on how you work at it at home?

@DMM710 But even then, when you are getting lost into memories and thought stories, it's happening now! Past and future are only experienced right now, they don't really exist but seem to do so.
