  1. There's only one individual, that means God. Individual = not divisible. Only God is not divisible. So, yes, God thinks. If it wasn't God who is thinking, then who would be thinking? If you want to say that God doesn't think, then you have to say that no-one ever thinks.
  2. No-one, not even me. There's just "moving fingers" and it's freaky.
  3. @123456789 All of physics. Take Newton laws for example. They work only in a certain scale.
  4. Many universities have one-year postgraduate studies in transpersonal psychology or something similar.
  5. @Dovahkiin J. C. Stevens is for beginners. Get to the first Kriya Pranayama asap. After 1-3 months you can start doing advanced practices from SantataGamana book.
  6. I think he means what he says. Everyone has the same possibility. That doesn't equal capability. But with the right technology, like yoga, most of the people should be able to fulfill their spiritual goals. Not everyone has access to that technology though, so they lead unfulfilled lives.

  8. Not to discourage you or something, you are doing a great job, but two hours a day is a minimum (it can be 2x 1-hour sitting). Otherwise, you will be saying: "I have not had huge benefits, I have actually realized that meditation brings subtle benefits." for years. You are ready to make that jump. If you are worried: "Oh, but I don't have time for that, when will I sleep?", then stop worrying. Your sleep quota will go down, maybe around an hour after a month of two-hours-a-day practice. And if you could fit one or two 7 day retreats throughout the year, that would be ideal. They really foster your growth. The sky is the limit, you can do it.
  9. This is the only workable solution. Say sorry to her for your weird behavior and maybe you will get back to ground zero. Or maybe not. Don't do it for her, do it for yourself. Admit you have f*cked up and move on.
  10. Find better pick-up teachers and forget about some old-school push and pull. You are miss-applying it anyways. Being scared of developing the relationship further and scaring her off is not push and pull. Maybe try RSD Max or Todd.
  11. True, but there IS some positive spill-over from consciousness work into other areas of life. So, it's not that black-and-white.
  12. @Voladores It's up to you to decide. There's no simple answer. If you desire Enlightenment now, then why wait? And the other way around, if you feel you are not ready yet, why force yourself?
  13. I would keep doing some grounding practices, like Maha Mudra for example. It's not always black and white whether to continue practice or not. Sometimes energies let loose could do even more damage. This field is hard to navigate.
  14. @Andreas This whole argument is pointless. You have wrongly interpreted what was being said in the beginning. The ecto-, meso-, endomorph example was brought up not to say that certain people are just fat or thin because of their genetics, but to highlight the fact that fat will look different on them. Someone can be overweight but look fairly normal, thanks to their body type. I don't know what's so hard to grasp there.
  15. @RichardY Is everything ok? I am asking because you are babbling.
  16. Not having ejaculation is super easy when you practice Kriya Yoga. Without any additional training, I can control whether I want to ejaculate or not and when. I can also last way longer (we are talking about masturbation here).
  17. Yes, it happens as a side effect of consciousness work or anxiety. But there could also be medical reasons, so go see your doctor anyway.
  18. @Commodent Your avatar is terrible to my mental health. I got scared.
  19. I build strength in legs by taking a bike to hilly terrain, setting gear high so I can barely push it uphill and riding like that. The best scheme for building strength I found is 5x5, but I haven't done much research, so there might be better ones. Doing jumps, Superman flying push-ups or flags can be an entertaining way to improve your whole body.
  20. So, that's why you have never talked and probably never will about the "mysterious substance" from the previous retreat?
  21. It will never be gone. It will evolve into something greater. You talk about arrogant people. They are not like that because of religion, but their stage of development. If you remove religion they will find something else to be arrogant about. BTW, have you noticed that your hate towards religion is also arrogant and aggressive? Maybe your attitude towards religion is just a projection of your shadow side.
  22. Yup, I have made the mistake of underappreciating this tendency. Doubled 4-HO-MiPT dosage (it's like mushrooms) and got blown away. The comedown was stronger than a peak of half the dose. The trip also lasted substanially longer.
  23. Do it! Go for the full dose. No music, no distractions. Watch the reality unwind itself. The mushrooms or ego will try to scare you, but if you are able to bear with whatever they serve you, you will be rewarded.
  24. When it comes to Wilber's books, I have liked Unbounded the most.
