@Raphael Make a video response and post it here. That way we can see your body movements and tell ya what to work on

@Cody_Atzori Ask very specific question, and be willing to take into consideration the context and be able to recontexualize your whole world view accordingly.

@Name Love the curiosity. This is what is required to get to the next level.

@DrewNows Try this out and notice how good you feel afterwards.

@DrewNows Thank you for these! Incredible work. Your spine is very healthy. Keeping that prana flowing Drew. @kieranperez @Igor82 @Rinne I was impressed by both videos, especially the second video. I will get back to you with a response video

@Leo Kaminski Step 1: take a hard look at your life and audit everything. Audit your health, relationships, time management, morning routine, productivity, audit your goals, values, emotional health, audit your meditation routine. (All of these should be over time increasing and getting better. Step 2: Radically minimize your life. Refer to Leo's video on lifestyle minimalism. This really helped me get rid of all of the unnecessary things in my life. EVERY single thing you own, should serve you in some way. Do you really need 37 shirts? lol... Step 3: Take 3-6 months and drill the Life Purpose course and meditate often. This will push you in the direction of your intuition. Practice "No Mind". Step 4: Journal often, and gather/collect insights on a daily basis. There should be NO insights forgotten. Take notes on your phone, on your computer, have note cards in your room and in your car. Review these once or twice a week. Step 5: At night, make a list of the top 5 things you should do the next day that will move your life forward. They have to be goals that will actually progress you! (I have more advice, but this is plenty. Please keep me posted on what action you take .)

You can work hard and smart at the same time. Do both!

@Leo Kaminski Great thread idea! I took the Life Purpose Course in 2017. I thought i had it all figured out, but i knew it would take longer than i anticipated to make it all a reality. Since then, i have been working on aligning myself with my life purpose and eliminating most of my distractions. In 2015, i spent a good sum of money purchasing camera gear. I wasn't sure what i was going to do with it at the time, but i knew it was going to be big. Turns out, lots of opportunities have presented themselves to me. Currently, I am working with a Professional Video Game Player as his social media manager. This opportunity is opening lots of doors and within a few months, i will be able to travel across the USA, all while documenting the life of a Professional Video Game Player!

Sahil Pandit replied to Raptorsin7's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
@Raptorsin7 Most of my peak experiences come from high intensity training (running/boxing) as well as creative pursuits like video editing/picture editing. -
@Angelo D Prepare yourself to be independent as possible. This is a long, lonely road at times. Is it worth it? Yes. Is it going to be harder than anything you've ever imagined? 100%. Family will not understand. How could they? They're busy with their own lives (Which for the most part, have zero to do with self actualization.)
-
@Shqipe If that works for you, keep doing it.

@Raptorsin7 Spend tens of hours over the next couple months listening to the silence of Being. -
@Taurian91819 Have you seen Leo's video on Lifestyle Minimalism? I think it could give you some perspective on how to approach this situation

When to reference past experience, when to focus on the future outcome, when to be completely present and disregard those concepts all together?
-
@Pernani Reconnect to your vision. Remember your mortality. What are you after? What are you willing to sacrifice in order to get there?

@Light Lover waking up at 6:15am tomorrow, but typically 8-9am... Usually asleep before 11pm.

@Raze I saw this video and i see what you mean. Maybe this has some correlation, but when people are neurotic, they tend not to have as much white to their eyes... while a less neurotic/more present person has more white to their eyes... Maybe

You are smarter than the obstacles that are presented in front of you... Remember that.
