  6. @Robert222 Hey Robert. I just wanted to say that the confusion you're experiencing is a good sign. Why? Because you are learning new information that is conflicting with how you used to think reality works. Give it some time, and insight/clarity will emerge Trust the process. Spirituality doesn't "reject" the body/physical plane per se, but it goes to address your existential role in it. What are you, actually? Getting to the bottom of this is a Spiritual Path.
  7. @Cortex How do you distinguish "inner" and "outer"? The universe goes infinitely "outward" and don't forget, infinitely "inward" !
  8. @AlldayLoop Good points, posture is very important, and most people over look it. This can lead to a lot of emotions stored in the body, especially if you don't exercise enough to release those emotions. Conscious body relaxation can help too. Did you see Leo's video on releasing body tension?

  13. @NoSelfSelf A very important distinction is that Development is not awakening, and vice versa. Development (IMO) has to do with working on the ego, and strengthening it/moving towards a healthier version of it, free from neurosis. While awakening is the dissolution of the self. The two go hand in hand need to balance out. Could u add to this?
  14. @Butters How many mg L-Theanine are you taking? I take 150mg right now and i tired 300mg two nights ago and it was very strong. Felt good for a couple hours but then got a headache around 10pm-12:30pm.
