@Black Flag Sounds good! Look up Himalayan Salt Water Fast. That's the kind i'm lookin to do soon

@CreamCat This is a MASSIVE realization. How are you planning on staying awake to this realization? You're dealing with a strong force of nature that will pull you under. Before you realize it, you'll be back asleep. I've noticed this within myself many times, yet fall asleep sooner or later.

Sahil Pandit replied to corndjorn's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
@corndjorn I haven't directly accepted one but i've had experiences where that person became a spirit guide and entered my dreams and was influencing me beyond my control. That's why im saying to be careful. -

@corndjorn Yeah this is a definitely a powerful tool. However it's important to know what you're getting into and to be cautious about going about a process like this. -

I would reccomend building a very strong foundation before you do something like this. You could always practice in Nature -
@CreamCat Gotcha. They're pretty easy to ignore. But i let my awareness wander about "WHAT are people doing with their lives, actually?" and some of these sub cultures came to mind and i baffled... lol.

@CreamCat I was speaking to a friend about this but had a difficult time getting my thoughts across. I am definitely confused as to how to go about understanding these cultures and what not + how it's impacting culture.
-
U smell that ego?
-
@Wyze I'm really confused by this. I mean, ever since i cleaned up my information intake years back, all these sub cultures seem so loud and toxic. I don't understand nor do i care quite frankly about what they are pushing. I definitely do get triggered by these things, i don't really know why... it's annoying and confusing.

@Lynnel I like this idea. I would reccomend having some sort of outline that you can loosely follow.

@chakra_7654321 You don't have to cling to Leo, or his ideas. You are free to act however you like, don't forget this freedom. The work is there for you to do mostly on your own. Your friends may think some of the topics are interesting, but don't expect them to be fully on board with your practices. Find some common ground or a hobby you could develop a social life around. Hope this helps.

@Daffcio laugh at yourself and own it entirely.

Sahil Pandit replied to ShugendoRa's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
@ShugendoRa Make a 1-3 month commitment to watch yourself like a hawk when you judge. Don't try to stop, just focus on remaining aware as it happens. See it, note it, watch its tendencies and patterns. What are the patterns that it keeps you in? Does your eye start twitching? Do your eyes start to feel itchy? Become aware of these, and you will make huge leaps to overcoming it. This is how i eliminated 60% of my unnecessary judgements. -
@ShaharA The universe is asking you to tune in and you're finally give it the attention it deserves

@LoveandPurpose Wake up early, drain the shallows (clean up any items that need to be put away, this helps me do something low level to wake up) Make some tea, maybe eat some oatmeal. Then i take a moment to consider what dreams i had last night and their significance. Then, i start my affirmations as i make my bed

@Pouya Unplug your console and put it in the closet, same thing for your TV/Monitor you play on. Then, have a plan for how you want to spend that extra free time. It can't be all just studying. You wanna have some open time and rejuvenates you and makes you feel good. Any ideas?

@Aakash Stillness, quiet observation, and non attachment. -
@LoveandPurpose Figure out your deepest fears, face them head on. Build up your self esteem. Meditate as much as possible. Clean up your diet and information intake. Read, take notes, move closer to Being. Spend more time outside Spend more time laughing Wake up early, build a strong morning routine. Surround yourself with people who inspire you to take action.
