  1. School started a couple weeks ago and my schedule has been packed to the brim. I sort of like how busy the schedule is, primarily because the pressure of getting things done and having deadlines keeps me extremely focused on the task at hand. I understand the value of time now that there is an important exam coming up. Life has been good, and i plan on putting more work into self actualization, even with school and coaching going on.
  2. @TheSomeBody I feel a lot more comfortable in my body. Better awareness of how chakras work. I also notice how other people have certain energetic blocks that prevent them from expressing themselves.
  3. @Vido Block youtube from your computer. Remove it from your phone.
  4. Good videos, it's always nice seeing both sides of these high level athletes.
  5. @Lubomir At the end of the video, there is a URL to the full talk
  6. Yummy Omelette 1 onion 1 bell pepper x amount of eggs cook it up with a pinch of salt/pepper and your favorite seasoning. Enjoy! (Use high quality eggs)
  7. @RickyBalboa what i used to do was put my hands together underneath the table we were sitting at so i could feel a baseline level of connection to start from.
  8. @RickyBalboa Do you work on your body posture when you are alone? It helps to do yoga and breathing practices to really let go of any unconscious tension you have. Doing this will also allow you to have better posture when you're out and about and will help you become more comfortable.
  9. @Daphnedenninghoff23 1 word: Yoga
  10. @Harikrishnan Keep up the consistent effort!
  11. @kieranperez Same here. The search function isn't that useful in my experience. Then i go to search for something for the third time and i get timed out.
  12. @Max_V Make a firm decision to dramatically reduce your stimulation intake. This could look like the following: Turning off the computer and phone, and not looking at it for ___ amount of hours. During this time, sit on the couch and purge through the need to "do something". Instead, use this time to connect to "Being". After that, make yourself a meal or go for a walk/gym. Then when you come back, slowly start improving other areas of your life as needed. (Clean up the room, organize your items, reduce your items, etc.) Then come back and u can use your phone to see if you have any missed texts or what have you.
  13. @EternalForest This boils down to what your intuition is telling you. No one will be able to make the decision for you.. it's really up to you. Just know this; Regardless of the path you decide, own it 100%.
  14. @Elham my worst habit is distracting myself from making bold life decisions
  15. @TrynaBeTurquoise Reducing my lifestyle down to the basics
  16. @Actualizer777 waking up at 5:30am is easy if you are working out with someone in the morning and you two text each other when you guys wake up.
  17. @Evan12 I've been running on a pretty consistently for the last 7 years (I'm 21 now) I reccomend you take the time to spend more time looking inwards and eliminating distractions (useless socialization, chit chatting, "hanging out"...) Also, take the time to get to the root of any of your bad habits or addictions. Aka clean up the diet (get rid of sugar, limit salt intake, etc.) DM me if you need more advice. Good luck.
  18. Been doing shamanic breathing the last couple days and i have been getting this sensation in my body that something is going to explode. It feels like the airbags of a car are about to go off or someone is gonna scare you from around the corner. The next step for me is to locate where this is happening in my experience.
