  1. The truth is nothing you can sense with your 5 senses. If it was real, we wouldn't be able to experience it. The rest is real.
  2. Self inquiry is something you can do while having big challenges and often best while having them.
  3. In my experience, at first it doesn't seem like it at all, - not at all, but looking back after a few years, it really went intimately hand by hand .
  4. Here is some pretty fresh research from Sweden about LSD that I consider very valid.
  5. I definitely think it is possible for your kid to be still and watch you meditate from a pretty early age. My own experience though is that a lot of kids can challenge you in infinite ways while trying to do that.
  6. But Leo... Do you really think your kid will just let you meditate every day for 20 years or so? This is naive! Most kids will do anything they can to make sure that there will be no official meditation session. Like a 1 or 10 year old kid would just be still and watch you meditate for 10 minutes. LOL
  7. Yes, they really do and of course your own state of consciousness is the most important thing. And yes, it is a beautiful thing to be able to meditate with your child.
  8. That is the hippie style, before your kid is 2 years old you should be happy if you can take a shit alone, if there is two of them you most likely won´t be able to take a piss whiteout interruption if you want to avoid acute dangers. I like where you are going with this but it´s not about you getting interrupted while meditating, it´s about your kid, and my guess is that just spending conscious time with them for 20 years will do more good.
  9. You are the substance of reality, there is nothing happening outside of you.
  10. A good start is to accept what ever happens to you, like you had chosen it.
  11. @Leo Gura Have you tried DMT?
  12. Papaji said something like this: To be alone there must be a concept of another, you are so alone that you could not even call it alone.
  13. Then the trip was a waste of time and the insights not deep at all.
  14. Not necessarily. If SOUL is a true skeptic, then his claim is not dogmatic but extremely openminded. Yeah, not necessarily and very unlikely I would say. My guess is that @SOUL is very openminded and knows what she is doing. Nevertheless, everything can potentially lead to dogmatic behaviour, it´s all up to you.
  15. I like to think about it like you are literally creating the entire world (very inspired from Leo´s two latest videos), everything and nothing already exists but when you become aware of for example atoms and protons, you in a way also create them. In the future maybe we will discover that protons contains more, even smaller content, now it doesn't really exists but at the same time we´ll discover more content in protons, we´ll in a way give birth to this new content.
  16. The only question is: How do you relate to this new information?
  17. @Dex I´v posted the quick technic on this thread april 19.
  18. Btw, throwing this post on you guys impulsively whiteout any context or background wasn't perhaps the wisest thing to do. 5 meo is not something to play with. I found out that the hard way after this meditation/trip session.
